They were so kind and made for us early check in and checkout time. Also there is a nice and cozy hotel. We loved our comfortable room.

They took money 2 times for breakfast. Our breakfast was include but they asked to pay for it one more time.

Perfect location in a quiet street few steps away from Champs Elysee … Good value for money for prime location - don’t want to overpay but stay in the best location and you will spend most of your time outside then yes it’s perfect. Staff is helpful and welcoming.

Obviously not a fresh building with very narrow corridors and low ceiling you feel like in a doll house, rooms and bathrooms are also extremely tiny where your movement is limited - even opening your bag properly requires an effort.

It is a bit rude that complimentary water is given daily in every hotel, but in this hotel it is only given once on the check-in day.

I loved my stay at Hotel François 1er for several reasons. While the room was not particularly spacious, it was beautiful decorated, and very comfortable. The warm welcome from the staff, Youseff and the other one who is busy rearranging flowers, incredibly kind and attentive, made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, adding to the pleasant experience. I also appreciated amenities, like the L’Occitane products and the TV equipped with Chromecast. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Paris, close to major attractions, dining, and shopping.

The location of the hotel is excellent if you are looking for something central. The hotel is located on the side streets of Champs-Elysees and around the corner from the metro station George V, which has a great connection to Gare du Nord (line 1 and 4, seven stops each, within 25 min max) The hotel itself is very elegant with a peaceful vibe. The staff were very kind and attentive to all our needs.

If I had to change something, I would add variety to the breakfast options on different days. There is really nothing in the hotel that I didn't like, though.

Everything - the exquisite interior design, the helpful and friendly staff, the comfortable beds, the delicious and generous breakfast, the location (<5 minutes’ walk from George V metro and thus Champs-Elysées, yet in a much quieter street), the room amenities - is faultless. Luxury without pretence. Cannot fault this place.

Great location! Beautiful rooms and warmly decorated hotel. It felt quiet and peaceful, even if you are in the heart of a big city... We highly recommend!

I'd rather not, because we'd definitely go back, but if we must say something (upbuilding), the breakfast staf wasn't the most welcoming... We had the impression that they wanted to get rid of us as quick as possible... We also missed the options of fresh eggs or something warm as for example french toast... Therefore we only took breakfast once...

We have been coming to this hotel for years and after a gap, we returned last weekend. It has not changed at all. The same gorgeous interiors, the same professional and helpful staff, the same comfortable rooms and beds, the same delicious breakfast. This is a traditional hotel at its best. If the above were not enough, it is 2 minutes away from Champs Elysees and George V metro, so an excellent location. Certainly coming back!

I loved everything about this property! From the warm welcome, the great hospitality, the elegantly decorated hotel and rooms! My forever choice of accommodation in Paris! Always feels like home!Cannot wait to go back again soon!

appalled at the size of the room - we didn't know where to put our luggage , there was no place to put them. Very disappointed that the room was so small.
