I liked the location very near Saint-Lazare train station. The 24-hour opening of the reception allowed me to have an early and quick checkout to take my train. The wifi is free and work pretty well.

The overall impression of the room isn't great as the carpet on the ground is old and the insolation between the corridor and the room is bad. The small bath should be changed for a shower for comfort

The room was big and comfy. A huge soft bed and a nice bath tub with hot water. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The hotel is located right next to one of the main train stations, with metro and bus connections, very central in Paris with short way to all the wonderful attactions.

The orange wallpaper and green carpet needs an upgrade. But vintage interiour can be fun as well. Maybe some more paintings could do.

This property is located at very good location -Near to saint Lazare metro Station and almost at walking distance from Opera & Lafayette so i had very comfortable stay here for 2 weeks.

in room they do not provide Tea and hot water kettle which makes it bit uncomfortable if you are morning Tea ,coffee person. But you can always ask for same. I did not because i am ok.

It was clean and towards the end found out how close everything was and may have not have to take the metro. But metro station was so close that it worked

Front desk staff should try to help guests with the area information let them know how close everything is. It's such a good feeling n you trust their information. Especially in a different country. They need to place a hot water pot in the room like other hotels just for those that only want a cup of coffee first thing and not have to go down stairs.

1. The hotel was nice and warm. The weather was extremely rainy and it was easy to dry out! 2.The staff were courteous and helpful.

1. Shower over bath was perfectly good but with no protection, even a curtain, it was difficult to protect the floor!! Very hard on the staff, I'd say! 2. The bedside light was very noisy!

Only problem was some NOISY guests on another floor who seemed not to care about anyone other than their own stupidity. Not the hotel's fault though.

friendly staff…Mohammed who works at night shift was exceptionally very helpful. he helped me with my Disney reservation to be printed. Also he was very attentive to our needs providing hot water immediately upon request. The entire staff were very friendly. When we asked for hot water, they immediately gave us some. We like the location because it was near the train and bust stations especially going to Disneyland. We only paid 4 euros one way direct train ride in 45 minutes! It saved us a lot compare to hiring a shuttle service for 100 euro for one way. also, only one bus ride going to Eiffel Tower and surrounding tourist spots.

It would have been better having shower curtains. we splattered water all over the floor after each shower. we had to clean up. The room smelled moldy upon arrival but after opening the window it was better and did not have moldy smell for the rest our stay. Good thing the weather was hot because the heaters in the room and bathroom did not work even though I made comments after checking in.

Location was great, close to Havre train station & metro. Approximately 2k walk to Louvre and Jardine des Tuileries, we then walked along Seine to Ile de la Cite and Notre Dam.

Air conditioning wasn't working in room which would have been a problem on warmer nights. ( maybe they switch it on then). Shower wasn't great as it was hand held & nowhere to attach head.

Staff nice; open 24/7 what was very good for us as we arrived around midnight; clean areas; breakfast available and it's cheaper than in cafes around ( they have no choice of teas though)... quite small room for 3 people but we managed 😀

There is no stand for a shower head so we had to hold it in the hands even when washing heads

This hotel has an excellent location, within a few minutes walking of Gare St Lazare. The room was small, but comfortable. WiFi was not particularly fast, but sufficient to stream a movie on my computer. The staff was very pleasant and spoke good English

Breakfast was not worth the money. You can get the same breakfast for less a ta local restaurant.
