Location is Perfect, the Breakfast was good, the hote is clean and well maintained

the shower isn't super comfortable because you need to get in the bathtub to take a shower. and after you done the whole floor is full of water.

This is my second time staying at this beloved Hotel, as the location is pristine and the staff are amazing. Lounge is a wonderful addition, breakfast is exquisite, and the hotel lobby is so gorgeous!

I was here in 2022, and compared to then; feel that the hotel in some ways needs an upgrade; for example the rugs don’t seem clean, and there are little notable nuances that could also use an upgrade. At the same time, I would still come back and stay here again as a loyal Hilton member!

Bathroom is very nice!! Loved it!!!

The bed was way too hard. Not comfortable. I had to sleep on top of pillows... room was very small. Would like to see a full room renovation to match the nice bathroom. Doors are old and should be replaced. Balcony is dirty with pigeons and windows should be cleaned, sprayed extra. Spring cleaning needed. Pillows need to be washed -not just the pillow cases. The actual pillows are older and a little smelly.. I think they could do more for anniversaries and the VIP treatment should include free breakfast or something like that. All we got was water... and a note. It's hardly VIP.

Perfect location in Paris. Impressive interior design. All the staff made you feel like a VIP. Reception and concierge very attentive. Room service was fast. Quality of food was superb. Room and bathroom was smaller than expected, despite paying for an upgrade and less extras in my room than I had at other hilton hotels, such as in London. Excellent online and in person communication. Check in and out went smoothly. Receptionist and concierge extremely helpful. The room and bathroom was nice, clean and tidy. Any requests were adhered to. I'm planning to come back to stay here again.

Kettle didn't work. Couldn't make a hot drink. Told house keeping but no one came out to have a look or replace.

So glad we chose this hotel. The grand entrance lobby with Christmas tree and Bellini cocktails from the bar made our arrival really special, and the rooms were extremely comfortable, but the best thing was the staff. They were so helpful and kind, even when some of the family went down with sickness they looked after us and went the extra mile to help us in our plight. Highly recommended.

The breakfast room was overcrowded, and small and pokey compared to the rest of the hotel, although the choice of food was good, and room service was delicious.

The best part of the hotel was the location. It stands in front of the Saint-Lazarre station, and was in a very busy neighbourhood with a lot of cafes, restaurants, and shopping centres. Second best part was the breakfast, it was enriched with a lot of options. The lobby was a great place to hang aroun, plus the room was very comfortable.

I can say only one negative comment: the toilet in the room. The bathroom was good, but the toilet being so small and close was not very charming...

1 drink was $22. seems excessive. We stay at Hilton properties and found this to be the most expensive when it comes spirits.

Lovely room, exceptionally clean and airy. Breakfast was good, nice selection of foods. Location was perfect for sightseeing, close to train station and walking distance to river to pick up a boat. An hour stroll back from the Eiffel Tower. Cocktails selection was great.

Bathroom quite small ( especially trying to close toilet door ) but everything spotlessly clean and great water pressure for shower.

Beautiful hotel in a great location to visit the main attractions. Everything was walkable or use the convenient nearby Metro. The bar area is incredible, a little pricey but worth it for the atmosphere and drinks. The staff were very attentive and made the whole experience have a very high end feel. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely.

It can but a bit noisy outside, but it is a central hotel on a main road so this can be forgiven.

Very pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent and you have plenty of choice and the space is nice. The Grand Salon is a nice place to have a drink or eat on the spot (special mention to the gravlax salmon). The hotel location is excellent, near all the nice shopping places and commodities in Paris 8.

The hotel however needs a refresher on some areas - elevators - Showers are outdated with some pieces of hardware broken and not keeping in place.
