Staff upgraded our room when they could halfway through our stay. Our original room was a little small for two women traveling together. They were very accommodating and even moved all of our luggage for us from the original room to the upgraded room.

Rooms were small, but we knew that was the case, the first night our air conditioning was great, the second night they’d turned the heating system on so our room felt stuffy as we couldn’t get the temp down, and then the last two nights the air conditioning wasn’t even working so we had to crack the window for some air flow

Especially l.oved the location and the staff. Both exceptional! A really lovely small hotel, great breakfast and room facilities excellent. Took a while to get used to the low ceilings but it was a really unimportant matter. We would definitely stay here again and we don't say that often as like to stay in different places if we visit the same city

Hot items for breakfast could have been just a little hotter. Always good to replenish things used the day before for tea and coffee altough as the breakfast area was open we just helped ourselves so was not a massive deal.

A lovely small hotel with comfy beds, good hot showers and a nice mixed breakfast. Also good air conditioning which was lovely since the temperature was very hot while we were there.🥵 Staff very helpful too and a lift up to the bedrooms ( 5 floors!)

Wish there were bigger bath towels and the hair dryer worked! Also a few decaffeinated drinks options would be lovely as I can't tolerate normal tea/ coffee!🤦😐 A quick note for the more mature visitor. Paris is lovely but HUGE so this is not necessarily the best spot if you are just on the tourist trail it's a long way to get to the biggest sites.

Fantastic room - sunny, clean, roomy enough for 2 people, quiet, nice views, great water pressure in the shower, roomy bathroom. Very accommodating and friendly nightshift reception (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and the morning shift reception on Sunday. Both were very good and helpful. Lovely touch to welcome us with birthday macarons. Merci beaucoup! Location is very central to all sights, restaurants, bars, shopping, museums, galleries...EVERYTHING one could want for an experiential weekend in Paris.

Reception staff on Friday and Saturday morning were a bit clueless. Didn't seem to know what to do or how to help with basics like getting milk pod replacements for our room or towels for the sauna. The door and lock was a bit sticky and difficult to use. I cut my finger whilst trying to overcome the difficulty in turning the key in the lock. More bottled water in the room would be appreciated.

Nice small hotel in the Marais with good facilities in a historic area with many conveniences nearby. Good continental breakfast with a nice gym facility, and a seating area off the small lobby. Will store luggage before and after check in/out if needed. Very friendly and helpful staff that take a genuine interest in their guests.

Wi-fi is in need of a serious upgrade (poor bandwidth) - maybe because we were on the top floor? Also, if your room is adjacent to the elevator shaft, you will hear it while running, which fortunately is very infrequently at night.

The location is perfect for all the ameneties of Le Marais! Room was very comfortable, and with the windows closed perfectly quiet for sleeping. I had a balcony with a nice skyline view. The breakfast was varied (fruit/breads/meat/cheese/yogurt) - not "haute cuisine" but plenty to fuel up for the day. Gym was basic, but a nice bonus for a hotel and has everything you would need for a full body workout. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room was an acceptable size for me as a solo traveller but if you were coming as a couple and staying for more than a few days it would feel quite cramped.

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms, a bit small, but ok. Quiet area, but still close to the most. 30min walk from Louvre, and 10min walk from Republique, and walking distance to the gay-village. So all in all we are very satisfied with our choice of hotel for our weekend trip to Paris.

The hours for breakfast in the weekend until 10:00 was a bit dissapointing, it would be preffered to at least run until 11:00 - Nice selction of choices for breakfast was a plus, even though it was not BIG.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was good and useful to ensuring my fitness routine. The room was small, but well equipped and the shower very good. I enjoyed the complimentary drinks and coffee.

The lift was rather small and felt claustrophobic at times. The sauna was not very appealing-was switched off, and old used/towels were left laying on the floor at the time. That said, I didn't raise the matter with the friendly staff as I am sure they would have addressed it. Apart from these it was a little difficult to dislike anything.

We loved loved the location! Stayed in an amazing area. Streets could be loud at night but we expected that as we are in a busy, lively neighbourhood so it didn't bother us. Super clean, comfortable rooms. Spacious for Paris and the staff were super friendly!

The rooms at night got quite hot as the only option for aircon/heating was heating. After speaking to reception they mentioned the hotel is set to heating for 6 months of the year and cooling for the other 6 months. No option to chop and change and as it was high 20's this meant we needed to sleep with all doors open so we had air.
