The room was very spacious, had a clean bathroom, comfortable beds and a beautiful view. The staff were lovely and very accomodating. They held our luggage on the day of check out. We were provided with bottles of water on arrival. There is a great restaurant across the road for breakfast lunch and dinner. Le Corail. The location was excellent for most major tourist attractions/ shopping centres/ restaurants and a train station close by.

No issues other than the floor not being vacuumed properly and it could do with an extra space for a 3rd towel to hang in a 3 person room.

I preface this with the fact that I was fine in my room, but it was a small single. Perfect for a single person who doesn't plan to spend a lot of time in the room. Which, if you are in Paris, should be all of us! The bathroom was nice and modern, so that was very nice. Showers were spacious and I loved the overhead showerhead. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to answer requests. Couldn't be happier. I also loved the bistro across the street, which was a perfect place to spend outside after a day of walking the city. Beer & Food! I chose the hotel primarily due to proximity to the train station but would stay there again even if I wasn't taking a train!

I have no issues and don't want the fact that I gave low marks to the room view and size as an indicator. You asked the question, though. I personally didn't care since I don't spend time in the room other than to sleep. The only think I might suggest is to raise up the power outlet next to the bed. If it was at that shelf area at the head of the bed, it would be more convenient. Thank you!

The location of the hotel was ideal, being a short walk from Gare du Nord, Galeries Lafayette and with two metro stations close by. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ample for a short stay, and supplied with a kettle and tea bags. The bathroom was modern with all necessary toiletries provided. Although it's on a main road, we weren't disturbed by traffic noise at all.

The only slight issue was that the sliding door didn't fully close, but honestly it didn't really cause us a problem as with only two of us in the room it was pretty clear when someone was in there.

The room had a kettle and tea and coffee and milk, but this was not replaced. We were told that it was for the first night only. The room rate was the same for each night so would we be better off booking each night separately so that each night was the first? Also the hotel did not allow food or drink in the room so how could you make your further tea and coffee?

Good location, clean rooms , great housekeeping. Practical for a holiday to the city when you are out all day sightseeing and want a comfortable place to spend the night. Walking distance from two metro stations Cadet and Poissonniere. Close to Mont Martre, Gare d Nord, Gare st Lazare, even the Louvre. Good value for money. Had booked a triple room for a family of three for 3 nights (without breakfast).

Small place, might not be ideal if you want to spend the whole day in the hotel. The rooms in front will have the road view but the ones at the back are a little lacking in that. Corridors are a bit narrow and the lift is small.

The staff are very helpul. There's always someone at the reception in case youbneed something. The soundproofing of the windows is great, my room is on the street and it's a small traffic, it was as if there's no streer out there. The location is just fantastic; 5 mins walk to a shopping mall and Opera house 20 mins walk to the Monamorte. 25 mins walknto Louvre and 20 mins walk in the radius for a few more museums. And there are every types of food within 5 mins walk from the hotel.

- there's a metro running under the hotel, can be a bit annoying if you give it attention as the whole building vibrates. - the shower is too small even for a slim person. - the cleaners start making noise in the hallways too early in the morning - walls are a bit thin, if you're unlucky and have a noisy neighboor. Youre done. Luckily no major noise makers during my stay

We have a triple room and I must say that compared with other places where the room was very small, here the room was big enough for 3 persons. The hotel is located very convenient, close to subway and also you can walk to certain attractions. The room was clean and the towels were changed daily and when we arrived back in the room, after a long day of walking, the bed was always done and the room super clean. The staff is very friendly. Good value for the money. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location, just a short walk from gare du nord, close to several metro stops that ran to the most popular destinations in the city and close to and many restaurants, bakeries and a park. I felt very safe coming back to my hotel after midnight and appreciated having someone at the desk 24/7. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again without hesitation!

A bit dated, no frills but not a big deal!

The Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful too. I read some comments about the Hotel before arriving and I was not so convinced about it as I read about the location being a noisy and also people complained about room cleanliness. I have to say none of these were true, at least not for us. We found the location very convenient as were coming from London and arrived to Gare du Nord which is located 10 min (walking distance) from the hotel. Also there are 2 underground stations almost in front of it but the noise is minimal, and there are plenty of small restaurants and mini markets in the area. One day we even walked to Galerias Lafayette. In the Hotel, the breakfast was ok, not spectacular but with all the necessary stuff for us, several types of bread, deli meat, cheese, yogurt, eggs, sausages, juice, milk, coffee,etc. In terms of cleanliness, the personnel made the service every single day. The internet connection was ok for a family trip, we noticed that every night when returning to the room the connection had to be reestablished but nothing to complaint about. Finally, we were located in 5th floor and from the balcony were able to see the Sacre Coeur basilica.

I wouldn't say it did not like me but it would have been good it the bar was open at night. They have the space but I did not ask why it was not working.

Good location, the room we got was 5th floor with a lift, comfortable with lots of space, the bed was large and super comfy, you can see the top of the Sacre Couer from the window which is a small balcony - great for some fresh air and taking in the Parisian atmosphere.

The room we got was definitely not the one posted on booking.com but rather an old, outdated one. None of that light, bright decor in the pictures. Staff was okay but rather short - when we asked questions we got very brief answers, when we asked for recommendations for nearby restaurants he just waved at us and said "there are a lot out there". I do have eyes, and I can see there's much out there, but that's not the point of asking for a recommendation...
