The property was only about a 12-15 min walk from either Gare de L'Est (where we entered the city) and Gare du Nord (where we left), and about 5 mins from the nearest Metro stop, and it seemed quite a nice, peaceful neighbourhood. The staff were very helpful, providing us with a map of the city that showed where their other hotels are - one bonus of booking with this group is that you can call into any of their other hotels for free soft drinks, which we thought was really nice to have though we didn't actually take advantage of it. You also get a free "mini bar" with soft drinks/bottled water in your room, it's basically just a little fridge which they leave a few drinks in, but that was very handy to have as we put our wine in it too :-) There's a small lift up to the upper floors. The room wasn't huge but it wasn't tiny, not a bad size for a reasonably central location in such a large city, and it was all very clean. The aircon was very effective once it got going, and the water pressure in the shower was OK.

The building is quite old so you do hear other people moving about in it - not sure there's anything that the hotel could do about this, and it's not so loud as to be intrusive so not a big issue. The shower fittings were a bit rickety - the upright bit that the shower head is supported by didn't seem to be well fixed, and the shower door was wobbly and sometimes a little difficult to close - but the shower itself worked well.

A lot more spacious than I expected. Really well located. Close to Gare du Nord and was an easy walk from station. Very close to lovely restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries. We never heard much of the other guests and had peaceful sleep. We asked for a room with balcony and were pleasantly suprised that we got one with a view of the Eiffel Tower!! How spectacular it was going to sleep and waking up with that view. The staff, especially Clement and Riaad were so super kind, helpful and went out of their way to assist us. We even received a complimentary Sein river cruise which was such a blessing to my mom and I. Oh and of course the snacks, mini-fridge in your room with complimentary drinks were so lovely. Would highly recommend.

Everything! I wish I knew about this hotel group from my 1st stay in Paris. Definitely will be using again. Customer service was spectacular. I loved that they had snacks and a non-alcoholic open bar available in the afternoons. Loved the idea of having access to other hotels in the group when I needed a refresher as I walked around the city. Room was average Parisian size and the hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood about 15minutes to Sacre Coeur. Had access to groceries, laundry and lots of restaurants nearby.

Really good value for money for Paris. My experience is that it's really hard to find acceptable budget stays in Paris. Frankly anything less than a 4 star hotel is usually disgusting and sometimes even those. I payed around 100€ per night here and got a cute and clean room. Small, but still had a comfy bed, a fridge, a desk, a kettle, room to properly hang your clothes and even a small balcony with a view. Downstairs they placed different Teas, croissants, cakes and other snacks for free, there's a fridge with free soft drinks and I think they had coffee too. The receptionist was super friendly. Convenient location close to gare du nord, metro and a bus stop. Ubers always arrive fast too.

Location is nice and overall walkable from Nord/ East train stations, 6 min shortest way to Cadet metro station, other metro lines are overall walkable as well (up to 15 min). Cool thing to have snacks available in the evening! Having kettle is the room and proper selection of teas was highly appreciated. Bed was comfy, pillows are ok, bed linen and towels are clean and soft.

I had no luck with the room 🙃 1st floor overlooking the inner courtyard with trash bins .. size of the room is small- fine for 1 person, in 2 with 2 luggages it will be crowded.

Perfect place to stay in Paris! The hotel was fantastic. Location is great - a quarter with a lot of nice boutiques and restaurants that is not far from the main attractions. Hotel is very welcoming and has a good vibe. The rooms are quiet, clean and airy- I even had a small outside area and a nice view. There are two things that really set this hotel part. The first is the staff and customer service. They go above and beyond. My suitcase jammed at the last minute and the handle was stuck in an upright position. I would have had to scramble and buy a new one during my last hours in Paris. But a very kind manager named Riad saved my luggage and my last day in Paris. I'm not sure how but he fixed it! I was so grateful for his help. The second thing is the snacks! The hotel offers free coffee and wide array of snacks from 2 pm to 2 am. This is a really nice gesture and not something I have experienced at any other hotel in Paris. In short, I highly recommend Hotel Palm and would definitely return!!

We took the train into the city and walked to the hotel which took about 15 minutes. The hotel location is super convenient and close to some great cafes, restaurants and stores. It's about a 20 minute walk to Montmartre which we loved. The room was perfect and included a balcony where we could see the Eiffel Tower. Bed is comfy, room is clean, room service came and restocked our drinks every day. The best part of the hotel was the staff who were absolutely incredible. Emma was a delight and so kind. We checked in on my birthday and they sent a gift and some snacks to my room. The customer service was an A+. We already told our friends who plan to stay here and when we come back will make sure we book this hotel again.

An excellent little hotel a short walk from the Metro (Cadet stop). An easy walk (1km) from Gare de Nord and the Eurostar. Breakfast was excellent. Love free the snack table, minibar, and coffee/tea. The hotel is in a smashing location, close to independent shops (cheese, charcuterie, wine), but also within walking distance to Galleries Lafayette, Pompidou, Montmartre, the Tulleries etc. In fact, we walked everywhere, then you don't miss anything! Great little restaurants around the hotel, including Moroccan, Colombian, French (!) and our favourite, the Lebanese just down the road (turn left out of the hotel) Thym Sauvage - excellent food, lovely people, great Lebanese wine. A joy. Will certainly stay at Palm Asthotel again.

Friendly staff, attractive and comfortable rooms. Complementary refreshments are a nice touch. location is fantastic, especially if coming in on the Eurostar. Price is reasonable for the area.
