Staff were excellent and assisted in whatever was asked of them. Room reasonable size and good quality. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was superb with fresh bread, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, butter and jam. Ham also available but as a vegetarian I skipped that. Very quiet and great location to access Monmatre and the surrounding area on foot and central Paris by uber and metro

No kettle in the room, but the staff sourced one for us. Not normally able to make your own drinks.

The rooms are all decorated differently. We had 2 rooms between 4 of us. When we arrived we were given a choice of different options which was a nice touch. The staff we met were lovely and eager to help. The hotel is only a short walk from Montmartre and is quite close to public transport as well. Just at the top of the road there's a lovely little boulangerie with delicious pastries.

We really only went to the hotel to sleep. Left early in the morning and didn't return each night until late. I couldn't say there was anything that I didn't like execpt perhaps that our room overlooked a courtyard that didn't have a lot of light coming in but they did offer us options and we wanted to be nextdoor to our teenagers.

Breakfast was very good especially for the limited space they had available to serve it. Varied and way too much as they tried to offer everything. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower but not really sure about these wet rooms... Attached private car park was great and just what was required. Although driving in Paris is a bit of a nightmare!

Could have done with being a little more generous on the shampoo and body wash.

great location in hip area SoPi (south of Pigalle). Many restaurants, boutiques and patisseries nearby. We only were only in this part of Paris for two nights but preferred location to staying near Gare de Lyon (our first few days earlier in week before heading to Lyon.) There is older minibar, but not very cold - better than none at all. Front desk offered to store any items in downstairs fridge if needed when I advised. There is a laundromat and post office nearby. We enjoyed dinner at Les Confreres and pastries and bread at Mamiche nearby. Lovely independent fashion boutique Camille et Margaux was around the corner too. Our room faced the street and we didn’t hear any noise. All 5 people we encountered at the front desk were lovely and helpful and indulged my limited but growing french conversation:)

shower was a bit tight for my husband. typical rainshower but also had a sprayer that could be moved higher than the one in our Lyon hotel.

Great location, nice, helpful hosts, quiet neighborhood, easy access to amenities and touristy attractions, definitely recommend this place.

Nothing to dislike. Location is small but neat, chic and well maintained, elevator operates up to second to last floor.

Quiet clean small boutique hotel. Near many restaurants and a metro stop. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent personnel, very attentive.

Maintenance needs more attention. Shower knob was broken and safe was broken. Breakfast which is only a served one could have been a little more extensive.

The receptionists were always helpful and welcoming and our room was so comfortable with quiet efficient air conditioning, quiet road outside, well stocked shower room and very comfy beds and pillows. So many fabulous restaurants and cafes around the hotel, such a great spot!

Good location. Short walk from transport to main attractions in Paris. You could even go by walking to some of them. Friendly staff at the hotel, always trying to help.

Even if it is Paris, but for a four star hotel I found the room a bit too tiny..

we liked that it was different to a chain or corporate hotel.

it was quite dark decor. i think the corridors could be lighter but I understand that these are high traffic areas and will wear easily we would have liked tea and coffee in the room. that would have been a 10/10!

Cosy hotel with friendly staff in walking distance of the city centre. Arty farty design combined with good hotel standards. Very nice breakfast.

Parking in Paris is a disaster and that was no different at this hotel. They rent a few places in a building just around the corner but if you come with a 'car' you will have to go back and forth to be able to take the ramps and when parked it is almost impossible not to bump your doors against concrete walls or other cars as you just do not have enough space to leave your car.
