Hotel was close to the metro station so easy to get to all local attractions. Room was a reasonable size with a good sized comfortable bed. Clean en suite bathroom with free toiletries. Excellent free Wi-Fi. Helpful and pleasant staff.

Room was extremely hot as radiator was on and we were told it could not be switched off. It was eventually lowered but still warm so had to keep window open which was extremely noisy as we were on a main road! Air conditioning in room but not switched on until summer months.

Beautiful clean room with a lovely balcony over looking the street. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice with good shower pressure. Staff were very helpful and kept our bags while we explored on our last day before our flight. Neighborhood was nice with cafes and supermarkets near by. Pont Cardinet train station was a 5 minute walk away, we used the metro to get around which was very easy to do.

No kettle/coffee station in the room otherwise can’t really fault our stay, we had a lovely time.

Love that it was fairly close to the metro so getting around was easy! Staff was really friendly and was happy that me and my friend opted for breakfast so that we could fill our tummies before the day out! Love that they were so accommodating to my mistake on booking the wrong dates and helping me out to change it last minute + helping us with check out timings too. If you do drop by to stay, don’t forget to head over right next door on the right hand side and try Pêche because it was chef’s kiss. Enjoyed my stay a lot!

Friendly staff. Room was very clean, very cozy. Slept on the top floor at the front and the room was light and there was no issue was noise despite sleeping with the window open. The shower was grea: modern, plenty of room and strong water stream. I read some critical reviews here, but this goes to show that people can find fault anywhere. I was pleasantly surprised.

Great location, metro/bus stops/train at end of road, few mins walk. 24hr reception. Luggage storage. Hairdryer in room didn't work so gave me a replacement straightaway.

Only thing is said there was coffee/tea in room, but it was a nespresso machine with 2 pods. Personally would have preferred kettle but that's only thing would change.

Location!, a short taxi drive to the Arc de Triomph. With numerous high quality restaurants on the same street, in a pleasant area. Friendly and trustworthy staff, and a satisfying breakfast.

We were very welcomed prior and during our stay. Eric was a star and informed us on where to go and how to get there. Incredible value for money, perfect location to access major attractions, trains and restaurants. We will definitely be back here, as it felt like home from home. Staff was very welcoming and nice, the room was clean and offered everything we needed. Bed was super comfy. The location is good, very well connected with metro, train and bus.

Location is perfect, 3 metro stations are near the hotel, not a tourist destination so not crowded and nice quiet street. Breakfast is nice, all staff is really friendly.

I would like to have in the room a small refrigerator, a small kettle and some napkins but these are small things and in general room is really comfortable.

It was very comfortable, and the breakfasts were tasty. Facilities were excellent, a quiet neighbourhood and it was close to the underground.

The only struggle we had was with a parking place, the price was actually 5€ higher than we have had expected and been actually told. Also the man’s instructions with leaving the car with the keys were bit unclear and made us feeling concerned about it.
