Really speciouse room, good bathroom with towells and liquides. Big plas for bar and Coffee machine in hotel. I grab the coffee and went to my room. Drink on outdoor taras was really good. Really nice hotel personel. The bigest plas of this hotel is fact that the hotel is next to metro. Really good conection to city center and Stade de France. My stay was really good and comfortable. Breakfast nice, really French/Italian style. But I found some staff form myself.

The light in the room could be more bright. I was walking inside the elevator and the doors close on me in the moment I was walking in. I was hit preatty hard by it.

Decent hotel to stay at when staying in Paris - right next to Bercy bus station so very good location. Right opposite metro station so super easy to go into city centre and explore, and just jump on and off trains. Huge, comfy beds. Nice shower. Breakfast included in price. Amazing street art aesthetic inside. Chill out areas to hang out in. Free cold water and sparkling water fountains plus microwave to use whenever you want. A whole host of restaurants just a stones throw away.

No kettles in the room (they don't even have them at reception) and they don't provide teas/coffees/milks - you have to buy them from the coffee machine downstairs. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at that doesn't either provide kettles or have a free hot drink machine. The street outside is quite noisy because of the location. Pillows not the comfiest - square shaped and way too soft. Breakfast selection could be better. A little expensive for what you get.

I booked this hotel for a concert at Accor Arena, and to put it simply — if you’re attending an event there, I highly recommend staying at this hotel! The access is unbeatable. You can walk straight from the hotel door to the back entrance of the arena, which made everything incredibly convenient. Even when returning late at night, I didn’t have to walk through dark streets, which was a huge relief — especially since I was traveling alone as a woman and safety was a top priority for me. My stay included breakfast, and the buffet was delicious, especially the fresh bread and pastries. The hotel also offered luggage storage, so I was able to leave my suitcase before check-in and explore the city without any hassle. The room was clean and very comfortable — overall, I had a great stay!

I was satisfied with almost everything, but if I had to point out one issue, the toilet in my room got clogged after one use and wouldn’t flush properly. (I already reported it to the cleaning staff at check-out.) Aside from that, everything was perfect!

The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and bars. It is across the road from the Metro line, which takes you into the centre of Paris. It also has its own colourful bar and café with a garden. It's nice having so much outdoor space 😌 so you are not restricted to your room. The room was clean and big enough for us, so we were very comfortable when we were in the room. The continental breakfast was really lovely with lots of choices of pastry, fresh fruits, cereals, and juices. They even have freshly squeezed orange juice 🍊. It's the best cintinental breakfast spread I've ever had in a hotel.

There was nothing to dislike, but the reviews that were not good and had me expecting a bad experience. It was a great hotel for a low or average budget.

I was allowed to check in by 9 am. without additional cost, and that was a plus. The room was spacious and had a nice view. I loved the fact that the tv had the smart view option, which meant I could mirror my phone on it to watch anything of my choice as there were barely any stations in English. Breakfast was good as they had various options. The location is like 5 minutes' walk to the train, metro, and bus stations. They are restaurants and shops nearby.

The male receptionist we met when we arrived was very impolite and told us there was nowhere to sit and wait till 9am for check-in, so we had to leave and come back.

The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Paris Gare de Lyon railway station and about 2-3 minutes from the Paris Bercy railway station (the station could be seen from my room's window), thus ideal if you have to travel from either of these stations and have an early train. It is also, literally, next door to the Accor Arena (for shows, sports events, etc.) The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very abundant and fresh, and the perfect day to start a busy day.

Just a couple of (very minor) points. The controls for the room heating/air conditioner were not extremely easy to figure out, it would have helped to have a set of instructions. Also, whilst there was a bed-side movable table, the was no desk/table and chairs, rather a low corner-table, the function of which did not appear too clear. But, as I said, these were minor point, the hotel and the room were, all in all, very good value for money.

I needed to take a morning train from the Bercy train station, so I decided on this hotel because of its proximity. The room was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis Styles. It had all the basics you can find in a 3-star hotel. What was particularly good was the breakfast buffet (with a machine that presses fresh oranges to make juice!) and the staff. The manager was showing guests how the breakfast room “worked” and even greeted me upon departure; he could not have been kinder.

The rooms are not the largest (but not as small as most hotel rooms in that category in Paris!) and I was traveling with a lot of luggage, so my room felt a bit cramped. A person with just a carry-on would probably not complain about the size of the room!

Wonderful front desk team. Fastest checkin / out ever I chose this hotel for 2 nights as it was next to Accor Arena and I booked another hotel for after the concert because I thought the rooms were too small. They are small but really well decorated and comfortable so you dont fell cramped. I would rather stay here more if I had known. Breakfast is reall varied and good. Metro is just nearby.

There was a big hole in one of the towels.

Ideal location for the ACCORD Arena and various bars and restaurants. Soft pillows and comfortable beds. Good reception staff.o

No cooked breakfast choice. Savoury choice wasn't great. Very dry.No flavoured yoghurt. Fresh Fruit looked a bit old. Some of the breakfast staff looked as miserable as sin ! Not a great start to the day.

Everything is perfect about this hotel. Check-in and check-out was very easy and all necessary info and help was given by the hotel staff, all hotel staff was very helpful and kind, special thanks to all the staff at the reception. The breakfast was great and everything you want from a beautiful breakfast was on the breakfast, fresh fruits, bakeries(French croissant was very delicious) and different types of delicious cheese, jams etc. Very central location because there is a metro station just 10 meters walking distance from the hotel entrance and by using M6 metro trains here you can go to Eiffel Tower in 45 minutes at most(because there are 17 stops to go there). There is also Bercy Bus Station in 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel entrance which can be used to go to other cities of France or other countries. Room was very clean, bed and pillow was very comfortable, wi-fi internet connection was very good.
