Very good location, comfortable bed, very clean sheets. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Breakfast was well organized, not very crowded, there were sufficient options. Free coffee at the machine downstairs was provided and complimentary croissants

The room was small The building is old and needs some rennovation, interieur repainting especially in areas like the stairs, the elevator, and in the room - in the bathroom and around the windows. The curtains had stains on them. I missed a water kettle in the room. The view was blocked by a high glass building facing to my room

Breakfast was simple, continental style with cold meats, cheeses and cold hard boiled eggs. Excellent freshly squeezed orange juice. Plenty of hot drink selections - also available in Reception 27/7. The bread was excellent (especially the first morning when it was warm). Cereals and small selection of fresh fruit & yogurt. I wasn’t very well so I didn’t eat very much but it was all excellent. Very nice butter! Our granddaughter joined us two mornings for which we paid extra and they accommodated her with gluten free bread. The location suited us because it was close to our granddaughter’s student accommodation but it was fairly close to different metro stations and restaurants too. It felt very safe at night walking back.

There was building work going on in the hotel. It wasn’t a big deal but not what we expected. The one time I rely on “oh, the hotel will give us toiletries- was the one time they didn’t:-( Also, no tissues in the bathroom which was a shame as I had a bad cold.

Rooms have very comfy mattresses. Location - on a quiet street in the 13th district of Paris, just 3-4 min of waling distance from Porte d'Ivry metro station. It takes around 25 min to reach city center by metro and 20 min to get to Orly airport by Uber. Staff is super welcoming, breakfast is typical French with marvelous newly baked mini croissants every morning :)

Don't expect too much from the location. Be ready to spend at least 1 hour a day to get to and from the hotel. There are view Chinese products' grocery stores nearby and view Chinese places to eat.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning and there was plenty of variety. Close to a couple of metro stations and we found it very easy to get into the centre of Paris. We chose the hotel as it was close to the exhibition centre MAS. There were plenty of shops and eating places not too far away from the hotel

I liked how it was very near the metro and a bus stop so made going to and from the city easily accessible. Hotel was modern and clean.

Cleaners came to room a bit too early one morning as we had a early morning flight we wanted to lie in the following morning but had to ask them to come back later and then they knocked again and had to ask for more time

The room was appropriately equipped for my requirements. The bathroom was perfectly functional and clean. The tea/coffee corner in the lobby that was open 24 hours was very convenient especially later at night and early in the morning. All staff members were courteous and friendly and although I didn't know French, they could perfectly communicate and help. And the location is great for touring: Close to the tram and metro stops (I didn't use the bus so cannot vouch for that but I did see 83 and 27 passing by quite frequently).

The entrance from the outside is low-profile I think. I missed it when I first came and went past it.

Location for us who like walking was absolutely fine, 10 mins walk from two metro stations that within a easy change or two take you to any destination for sightseeing. Room was a good size - generous as most Paris rooms tend to be a bit small. Some good local restaurants, especially Asian. Quiet area. Local supermarkets within easy walk (5-10 mins). Plenty of plug points for charging and WIFI was good. Free tea/coffee/water in reception 24 hours a day. Friendly reception staff.

Breakfast could be improved, limited choice, however we were fully aware of this from other reviews when we booked so it is what it is. Kettle in room would have been nice.

Very quite place in an area of Paris a bit away from city centre. Breakfast was very generous and with plenty of options. Cleaning of the room every day. People at the reception was great, there's a girl speaking 5 languages..., she made us feel comfortable.

Space in the room was very limited but we understand we are in Paris and this is what we paid for. Only 1 elevator for the entire hotel made us waiting too much, specially in the morning.

Small but very comfortable room, stylish and modern. The hotel has nice reception with foosball, all day free coffee machine. Breakfast is simple but nice, some cheese and tasty croissants, fresh squeezed orange juice and bread. The location is ok, though I wouldn't walk out after midnight, and it's 5 min walk from Metro. A very good vietnamese restaurant nearby. We had a view from our room window to a small garden and office building, which was kinda funny.

Some vegetables at breakfast would be appreciated, but most hotels in france don't serve them.

The lovely customer service and willingness to help really got my attention. Special thanks to Amine and Mohammed. They are ever smiling always willing to assist and very friendly. My daughter loved her stay. The room are cleaned daily and your stuff are safe in the room

The wifi connection at top floors did not allow us to connect to Netflix and YouTube as most of the channels are in French. However I appreciate the effort and empathy shown by Mohammed and Amine
