Great location, nice staff

A/C had to be manually turned back on by reception every time you left the room! Fair enough for it to be turned off every time you leave the room, but it should automatically come on once you are back and insert your key card.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lord Byron. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk to the Champ Elysee and a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro Charles V. The hotel is tastefully decorated and although close to the Champ Elysee it is lovely and quiet and the outside area is a bonus. Our room had everything we needed and the A/C allowed us to control the room to our own comfort. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely stay here again on our next Paris trip.

We especially liked the location and the outside area. We felt comfortable and at home here.

The location and cleanliness

As we have arrived the receptionist guy has told us quite the wrong informations about the transportation, restaurants, shops and everything about this Bastille day period. He has told us that everything will be closed, really everything! And there is no possibility to go to the airport, Versailles and many places else. Which ruined our holidays! But the we found out that everything works nearly normal which is very good for us! We just felt so disappointed about that and wish that it will not happen again to anyone else!

The location is fantastic, right by Champs Elysses . Cozy hotel. Staff friendly, Sebastian atended us very well and spoke many languages, which made us feel at home, something hard to find in París. The breakfast was excelent.

Hôtel Lord Byron is a chic oasis of a hotel located in the west of the 8th arrondissement. The hotel’s decor, both in the reception and the rooms, is gorgeous and fashionable and both are very spacious. My room had all the amenities I could have ever dreamt of and the bed was bigger than average for Paris and allowed me to have a divine night’s sleep. The staff were helpful, attentive and amiable and the check in & out process was straight forward and hassle free. The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the Arc de Triomphe, with your nearest metro stations being Charles De Gaulle - Étoile, George V and Franklin D.Roosevelt (all on the metro line 1) allowing for easy access around the entirety of the city. The garden area was a lovely addition and was a space that allowed for smoking, little bites to eat and a few cheeky drinks. I both loved and appreciated that our room was detached from the main building and so allowed for a level of privacy and intimacy, it felt more like an air bnb!

The only thing I have to complain about and that left me a tad dissatisfied was the fact that our bath plug hole was broken meaning that we weren’t able to utilise the bath at all during our stay, which was a shame, as we had deliberately payed a little more to have a room with a bath in it. Quite a minor issue really and easily overlooked!

Very clean, comfortable, excellent A/C and good bathroom mirror for putting on makeup. Friendly Reception staff and excellent English. 1 minute walk to Champs Elysee too.

No complaints at all.

A beautiful hotel with modern facilities and a really lovely boutique feel. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect. We coincidentally (and unwittingly) arrives on the day the Tour de France arrived in Paris, and were only a few minutes stroll from the Champs-Elysee.

Nothing at all. It would have been nice to have more Vegan/Gluten-free options in the hotel, and the breakfast room was limited for table availability and space. Given the location of the hotel, these are minor quibbles.

Obviously an excellent location, yet surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the Champs Elysee. The room was very cozy and the bed very comfy. Staff were, for the most part, incredibly helpful and polite.

Areas of improvement would be to provide a shelf for guests to put their products in the shower and to replace the ceiling shower head with one that provides better ability to clean. Lastly,little more scope for breakfast might entice guests to have breakfast at the hotel more often.

This is my favorite place to stay in Paris, and it’s not my first time here! The staff is always incredibly helpful and welcoming, making every stay so special. This time, they went above and beyond by allowing us to shoot some content at the hotel, which was such a unique and memorable experience. A huge thank you to Sebastien for being so accommodating and kind, and to the manager Bertrand Leresche for making everything run so smoothly. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality truly make this hotel stand out. Can’t wait to come back again soon! 😊

My flight was meant pretty early and I had called a day prior to request an early check in. They said they would do their best- upon my arrival at 11 am - my room was indeed ready which was a brilliant start to my trip ! Appreciate they made the effort to have the room ready. After a night flight I was very happy to freshen up in a room instead of hanging around till 2 pm. They also helped book me a very early morning taxi to Paris gare Lyon train station at a very reasonable price. Staff was helpful. Bathroom slippers and robe aren’t in room but if u ask for them they will bring it to u right away. Location is SUPER !

Nothing really . Maybe introduce a small room service menu- simple things like fries etc.
