Staff were helpful and polite. The place was clean and the location was convenient, although road works meant we couldn't use the public bus.

The coordination with Booking.com leaves much to be desired. Our original booking had already charged us the city tax, but the hotel said city taxes must be paid at the hotel, which I had to cough up. Still trying to settle this issue with all parties. I booked a non refundable room but was charged for a flexible, refundable room. Something needs to be sorted out.

Our stay was amazing! Thank you to the reception team for arranging such a beautiful room according to our wishes. We had sunny balcony where we could enjoy coffee every morning. Housekeeping made our room every day and replaced all the needed things. Special thanks to the gentleman who welcomed us after long day of traveling. His smile was so kind and he made us feel so comfortable. Also bigs thanks to the lady who worked during our check-out day. She did her best to give as a late check-out even when the hotel was fully booked. We really appreaciated that extra hour before heading back home. Thank you! ❤️

Perfect Hotel, perfect rooms, bed and etc.... Outstanding location, we had everything in the area. it is also near the main tourist attractions. Great front desk lady and gentlemen. Very chill. Very clean room and Hotel in general. it is obviously that front desk and HSK have great relation. I really liked shower cabin. From 94 SAVED hotels and apartments in Paris this was the best choice. I been searching quite a lot on booking for a three months before our trip. We were from 23 to 28.04 and managed to see everything that we wanted. We wish you all the best. Thanks. We were greeted and explained the city taxes, and they helped us get things situated with the subway passes (photos on the navigo cards). We had a perfect stay for my friend and I having a girls trip. Peaceful and clean, the location was great to go walk to the Eiffel Tower in 24 minutes, we even walked to the Louvre and the Arc, but that was probably more than many would go, but still, it was a great location. We enjoyed everything thoroughly, and having a clean room to come back to, plus they held our baggage for us upon request.

the staff is ordinary, they are very pleasant as if you are at home, they get a clean 10 because at the end of the day they let us sleep and wait for the flight, they didn't wake us up, even if no one told them not to be there... The cleaner is also great because it monitors when you're in the room and when you're not, and when you leave it comes in and cleans, it's not like in other hotels that they break into rooms if you don't put a warning on the doorknob. Congratulations, the tower is 10 minutes away by foot, uber to the gate €15, great location! At the hotel you have a shop that works 24/7 and a supermarket, fast food next to the hotel..

The location 10 mins walk from the train station lots of good restaurants close by and 20 minutes to the tower the hotel was very clean towels and room cleaned every day great breakfast staff really nice and helpful also recommend buying tickets for the open top TO-OT bus we bought 48 hours ticket and went to all the places of interest they come every 7 minutes hop on hop off.

Could recommend having an iron and board in the room i never asked but hotel probably had them to use but that's just me I hate going out in creased cloths.

The room, even small, it is very well optimized and verry clean. They are cleaning the room every day, even you are staying for 3 nights. The bed verry comfy and the breakfast good and wealthy (we only took it for one morning). The hotel is near 2 metro stations (Emile Zola & Commerce) and 20 - 25min by foot 'till the Eiffel Tower. The area is not the best one but is ok, a couple of restos around.

There are only 2 things that I didn't like but could deal with: the walls are thin and you can hear any slammed door. And the bathroom door it's as if it doesn't exist, it;s not closing full. So, you'll be verry intimate with the one you travel. :D

near mrt we can walk 5 minutes and bus have front of hotels. We have Eiffel view so beautiful. Good reception

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very nice and kind. The location is perfect as well you can reach any big sight of Paris within 20-30min max. which we enjoyed reaching by the metro or a walk through the cute streets. The hotel was exactly what we expected for the price range.

What really must be said is that the property is advertising with „breakfast included“ on booking. So when leaving we were really surprised that we had to pay all the three breakfasts we ate - while thinking we already payed for them - because for that (pretty expensive price) maybe we would have enjoyed „cuter“ breakfast spots in Paris or could have no breakfast at all to save money. Also the walls are pretty thin and one night we had the „pleasure“ to listen to our neighbours making love. But the windows are pretty sound proof so we could not hear the street when they were closed. For us in our early twenties, it was all in all a good experience and we could think about coming back!

The staff was very courteous. Check in was smooth. Room service came in every day to clean up. The room was very clean. The washroom had a hair dryer, towels, paper and soap. The room was not big but had enough space for a couple. The mattress was very comfortable. Hotel was near 3 metro lines and many bus lines. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Had many high rated cafes nearby for a quick bite/ full meal. Breakfast was delicious. Eggs made to order, delicious home made cakes, etc.

No iron or ironing table in the room. Could hear some noises from the room next to me. No Smart TV. Only local channels.
