I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Hotel Norman Paris. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, which made my stay so comfortable. The room upgrade was a delightful surprise, and the spacious, well-maintained room with a view of the Eiffel Tower was just perfect. The location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, made it easy to explore the city. The overall coziness and 5-star quality of the hotel made me wish I could have stayed longer.

Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about my stay at Hotel Norman Paris. If I had to mention something, it would be that I only stayed for one day—it was simply too short to fully enjoy everything the hotel had to offer!

It was truly a beautiful hotel exudes with warmth and comfort. Every corner, furniture, decor was really beautiful and artistic. We love to come back and our relation officer Ms. Annaelle was lovely and charming. It's really a cozy stay and the spa was icing on the cake. We had a relaxing time and the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day walking around the city. Gorgeous and it was also a memorable stay as they did decorated the room with petal of roses and a box of candy celebrating our anniversary! Merci beacoup. J'adore!

I recently stayed at Hotel Norman, and it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The entire property was spotless, with impeccable attention to cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas. The highlight was definitely the top-notch facilities, especially the luxurious spa—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return!

A bit pricey

Hotel Norman is great find. Modern, sophisticated, but not stuffy. The staff is attentive and polite and the hotel’s amenities and service offer unpretentious comfort. Location is perfection for shopping and site-seeing, but with Hotel Norman being tucked away you are offered quiet away from the crowds of the Champs-Élysées. The Concierge, Adrian is a gem with knowledgeable insights on city and setting up reservations. Hôtel Norman is Parisian home away from home.

Staff were super friendly and hospitable. The vibe of the hotel was impeccable! Also, we got an unexpected upgrade to a suite which made our stay even more wonderful! Location is unbeatable too as it was in a relatively quiet area yet 2min walk from champs elysees

The location is superb! The hotel makes you feel in the 80’s, its style is amazing and nostalgic. Classical modern. The beds weren’t bad but not the best. There is tourist fee added upon checkout per guest almost 12 euro. Hotel has working AC, toilet is spacious however the shower water pressure isnt strong.

Wanted to eat something in the lobby, since its a boutique and small hotel they do not serve food there, reception advised me to call the roomservice to order food in my room which takes around 45-60 mins.

The location could not be better—a new, chic hotel with good amenities and soundproofing. The breakfast at the hotel could be better with better options nearby. 500 meters from Arc de Triumph and just 150 meters from Champs Elyssee.

As this was opened just two weeks before we arrived, some maintenance work was still happening. The restaurant was still not running smoothly.

Perfect location. Comfortable hotel and quite boutique hotel. Delicious breakfast and staff were friendly and caring. Large space in the suite too (2 stories)

Doesn't feel like a 5-star hotel but better than 4-star hotels. Hotel cleaning service need to be improved as towels and tissues need to be renewed more regularly. Mini bar was small.
