The room was cozy and comfortable, though a bit small for three people. The staff were very friendly and helpful, promptly assisting us with any issues. Breakfast was pleasant, offering a buffet with pastries, boiled eggs, cheese, coffee, and more. The location was fairly close to the Eiffel Tower, though a bit farther from the Louvre and Paris Est train station. Fortunately, both the bus stop and metro station were within easy walking distance.

Hotel is on a good location, very close to main tourist attractions and good connected. Rooms were clean and towels were replaced daily, the resting area downstairs was very chill and the communication with staff at the reception was good. All in all, good place to stay in Paris center for the value.

I think hairdryer in the hotel was either slow or barely working so better bring your own. I went in Summer so I could afford just not to dry my hair.

Hotel is very well located when attending salon at porte de Versaille or sport at porte d'Auteuil. With access to the Tram, subway (Balard) and bus it is very convenient to travel or/and walk around. Plenty of places to eat around. Finally the staff is very accommodating and when I requested the room to not be cleaned (using the do not disturb sign on the door handle) but the coffee / tea refilled I was not expecting them to stick to the refilling everyday from there on. I appreciated the consistency of the service throughout.

I wish that there is a reminder to all travelers to keep it low and quiet as much as possible between 10pm and 8am. Unfortunately this behavior doesn't come very naturally to some!

The room was clean, bright, and warm (in January). The elevator is working well. Hostes's work is brilliant. Breakfast was really tasty and possible variants are really wide with fresh bread, scramble, boiled eggs, meat, and a lot of sweets, even in 30 minutes before end :)) Location is also good both for taxi an also there is an option got to metro (till 5 minutes). Also, there is a 24H shop within 100 meters that is also comfortable.

+ Very close to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. 15 min walk to the Paris Convention Center, 8 if you take the tram. + Convenient location in general. Tram directly outside, buses nearby, grocery, corner store, and laundromat <5 min away. + Air conditioning works great, which is a rarity in Paris. + Room was clean and comfortable. + Staff was super helpful, super polite, super awesome! + Surprisingly decent and varied continental breakfast available.

~ Elevator present, but very small. Good for one person and a bag. ~ Room and bathroom were super compact, though this was clearly communicated in booking. ~ No shampoo provided, only shower gel. May be a Paris thing. ~ Minibar did not refrigerate anything, just stored drinks. - Bathroom mirror was poorly lit and difficult to apply makeup with.

Although the room was small, it was very clean. We had twin beds that were comfortable. The bathroom was small but still very clean. Shampoos and lotions were provided. The room overlooked the courtyard, there was no street noise. The front staff carried our luggage to our room, but there is a lift available. The room was used mostly for sleeping as we were on the go every day.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The two front desk staff gentlemen were exceptional. They went over and above to help us with any questions we had. They booked taxis, showed us how to get tickets for the metro, told us about sites we should see and always with a smile. A REAL smile, not one they're supposed to have. Breakfast was available if you wanted it at the hotel. There is a comfortable sitting area with a fireplace to relax. Wifi was available. The hotel's location was great! Cafes all around, the tram, metro and bus stops just a short distance away. I would definitely stay here again! Loved it all!!

Definitively not a tourist location, but convenient, located close to metro, tram and bus stations (routes 30 & 42 with good scenic routes through places of interest). While staying, either leave the property early (6:00 AM) or arrived late (10:00) PM, and always felt with safety in the surroundings. The staff was always very kind and supportive with questions. There are boulangeries (bread stores around where you can take breakfast) and a convenience store within 50 meters where you can buy water, wines, snacks.

We (the grandparents) got upgraded to a suite type room which was very nice. The ceiling was a little low on one side requiring caution. The room our two grandkids got was a triple so they had extra room as well. Management made sure we had rooms with a lift, probably due to our age, but it was really appreciated.

Location was perfect for me - close to the event I was attending and a few Metro or RER stops from the centre of Paris. Nice modern decor but with a nod to traditional French style. It was clean and safe and I felt comfortable as a solo traveller going out to look for somewhere to eat at night etc. Or you could easily eat in if you wanted.

The room had all amenities. The staff were very helpful, especially at the reception desk. It hotel is also very convenient for the Paris Arena Sud.

The third bed in the triple room was uncomfortable. It was a folding bed with a thin mattress that would slip in between the springs. The mattress needs to be a lot thicker for comfort. A triple room ideally should have 3 proper beds.
