Everything! We were given a triple room upgrade on arrival to a junior suite duplex. So comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great facilities in the room and a really comfy bed I didn't want to get out of! Gym was excellent for a hotel! Swimming pool and sauna/steam also great and clean! The staff were brilliant and friendly. I don't normally go back to the same hotel but I definitely would come here again and again! The grounds and building are stunning!

The room is superb and the bed is the best quality for the perfect sleep. The guests in spa and bar are very elegant people.

St James is a palace hidden in the center of Paris. From the moment you walk through the gates and past that iconic fountain, to the moment the staff check you in, it all feels incredible. The decor and rooms are amazing and we really enjoyed chilling in the bar and their gorgeous back garden for drinks in the evening. It was my birthday and they went out of their way to help us celebrate

This is my only must go to in Paris - the environment, rooms, service, restaurant, bar and garden (when the weather allows) are simply as good as it gets - check with your bank manager prior to going as it tempts all your senses. The dinner, service and environ that a friend and I enjoyed last night were simply exceptional.

A fantastic true five star experience. Beautiful old chateau recently renovated to the highest standard. Great attentive staff that are skilled and genuinely care. our junior suite was excellent.

Every detail of our stay at the Saint James was perfect - the staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was absolutely beautiful and so quiet, the grounds and facilities are beautiful and the restaurants each had a lovely and different feel to them. I would highly recommend the Saint James and will return again!

The only less than perfect thing has nothing to do with the hotel management itself...only that the commute to central Paris took at least 30 minutes by Metro or taxi and an hour to walk. But the 16th was so much fun to explore and so comfortingly quiet after a busy and crowded day of exploring.

From the moment you see the property the tone is set to stunning. The staff is excellent and is attentive. Every detail is beyond expectations. The SPA swimming pool and Sauna are fabulous. You leave refreshed.

That we were not in Paris to stay longer at the Chateau! The Saint James Paris is the epitome of luxury.

This hotel is superb. It has an excellent location within walking distance to centre of Paris and is a stone's throw from The Metro if you prefer that. It has a peaceful and thoughtfully laid out garden and the whole place feels very secluded from the city bustle. It is very well decorated and furnished. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a duplex suite which was a generous act on the part of the management and it made our stay very memorable. The leisure facilities are really spacious and clean. The food was excellent.

Absolutely everything - very sophisticated but relaxed - great restaurant, excellent outdoor dining and exceptionally pleasant and efficient staff.

Location, and the late night cafe in the amazing garden were excellent! One of the bellman was also fantastic.

We were a bit surprised that upon arrival, no one greeted us - no one offered to help with our luggage, even after we made it up the stairs with everything in hand. The receptionist was also not very present, and the hotel didn't seem busy (no one in the lobby, as we arrived). However, we did make our way over to the Maitre d' and all went smoothly from that moment on for the rest of our stay.
