Nice spot, very calm and well ubicated. Very nice guest service and welcome. Nice staff (desk and main staff). Great bed. The room was small... but, it's Paris size...

The breakfast could be upgraded for the price (scrambled eggs? warm options? and better bread -it was pretty average). The cleaning ladies didn't speak French OR English... a bit hard to communicate and I travel with my service dog, and the cleaning ladies were not super nice about my dog. The regular staff was! (regular staff and guest services were very friendly). Also, I had to pay a fee for my service dog, which is OK, but not really following the Booking.com policy. That's OK. But be aware if you travel with your service dog (20 euros extra per night) These are the reasons I rate it 8. But the rest was worth an 8 :).

This hotel is absolutely stunning and nestled beautifully in the city of Paris. The hotel is located near the Arc de Triomphe and has plenty of incredible restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was beautiful and conveniently located. I would return to this hotel!

The room and bathroom were a little tight as I struggled to open the large luggage on the ground in our room. The hotel breakfast is somewhat limited. The hallways to the rooms were quite dark but still bright enough to see the room numbers.

The breakfast was excellent! Just right amount and variety of everything what I wanted to have in the morning, and everything was tasty. You got to try the strawberry yogurt in a glass jar. It was so good! Staff members were friendly and helpful. The location was a nice walk from the metro station, and the center (Arc de Triomphe). There are local market just around the corner from the hotel. A bit pricy, but tasty stuff.

The hotel is a bit old so need upgrade here and there. Especially the mini fridge, very small and not so clean. So expect not to use it much.

The breakfast offered by the hotel was varied and delicious, with fresh options that truly complemented my experience. The staff made every effort to ensure that every detail was taken care of, which truly made a difference. In summary, Villa Alessandra is more than just a hotel; it's an oasis of elegance and comfort in the heart of Paris. My stay was simply delightful, and I will undoubtedly return on my next trip. Everything perfect

Location, set back in a quiet courtyard Quaint frontage to the hotel

Dated interior, in need of a refurbishment to meet 4* standard. The courtyard into which the room faced was overgrown and in need for some planting. Rooms off the main reception/ breakfast area noisy- unable to lose the outer-door to minimise the noise.

The room was amazing with a lovely view, and the staff were extremely accommodating. We were able to store our luggage while we explored the markets just a street over until our check in time.

The only fault I can think of is the screen sharing to the TV not having the best connection but other than that everything was perfect

I had a bit problem in comunication with one of the stuff. I wanted to check in quite late and followed the instructions I got in e-mail, called to the hotel and the receptionist ask me to come the next day and it took me few minutes to describe him I have nowhere else to sleep and definitely need to check in that day.

The staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything, the room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. The location is great too, super convenient and very near the metro, there is also lots of things to see nearby. Everything was perfect except for the price (it could be a bit cheaper :)). My mom and I both liked staying in this hotel and we will surely come back next time we travel to Paris. Thanks for everything.

Super clean, charming, and quiet. Friendly staff, great breakfast. On a quiet street next to markets, shopping, and restaurants. I traveled solo, my room was small but cozy and well equipped. TV, mini bar, clean tea kettle, and wardrobe with safe. Clean bathroom with towel warmer and shower.

The location was great, few minutes walk to the nearest metro, passing by street-food delights :-) Also, the Arc de Triomphe very near. We had breakfast included and it was very good. Staff at the reception helpful and easy to talk to. We ordered wine at the check-in and the receptionist brought it to our room very quickly. Nothing to complain about the room - very tidy and clean and no noise. The price for 2 nights with out of season discount was a little bit higher than what we are used to, but I guess that's Paris :-) Overall, we had a good time in Paris and we thank Villa Alessandra for comfortable stay :-)
