The area was lovely and quiet, we had a twin room with a balcony which overlooked the street. It was lovely to sit out there in the mornings with a tea and evenings after a long day of walking. The staff were all very lovely, very friendly and accommodating. My French isn’t the best - I did try! Sometimes to everyone’s amusement - it was just a lovely atmosphere. They all spoke English fluently which was of course a helpful bonus. It wasn’t a far walk from the Arc de Triomphe and had a nice little shop just down the road to grab drinks and snacks. The hotel was very well presented, very clean and modern.

There was nothing negative about our stay, it was perfect. Only thing I would note - not a negative as such but something to be aware of when booking - the lift is very small, we just had hand luggage and managed to fit the two of us and our bags in, but I think anyone group bigger bags would have to use it one at a time on arrival/departure. Not sure if they maybe have another lift for wheelchair users as I’m not sure if one would fit it very well.

The hotel's location is amazing as it is of walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe, the metro stations, fancy Champs Élysées, as well as other landmarks. The facilities are super clean, the staff is amazing and very helpful, always in a good mood and doing their duties with pleasure. We really enjoyed how calm and clean the neighborhood is. This will be my go to hotel for when I come back to Paris. I can easily say that this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to thank the staff for making our stay here very enjoyable and memorable

I had read other reviews saying the rooms were small. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms and even bathroom were actually a good size. There also were robes in the clothes closet.

The elevator is very small. I mean very small. No more than 2 people and some luggage is all that fits. The circulous staircase is nice to take if you’re in a hurry. The breakfast was okay.

Close to metro station, several eateries around it although they are closed at around 11pm so it is not great for late arrival. One could overcome that by using UberEats to have food delivered. The room is enough for single travelers, usually facilities are provided: kettle, iron, etc. My room even has a small balcony although the view is nothing spectacular i.e. other apartments opposite.

The room wall is so thin that I could hear a man coughing next door. That shows how thin it is. Luckily no one attempted anything amorous ;-)

The receptionists were kind helpful and polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and you had space to move, not always the case when in Paris. Shower worked well and had plenty of hot water. toilet worked well. i didn't have breakfast at the hotel but i checked it out and it looked rich and satisfying. the room was quiet. Pretty. Well equipped with a kettle to make tea and glass water bottle to be refilled at the water station.

Nothing. Looking forward to staying there again!

Room was excellent. I mean, there wasn't a view and it wasn't a palace (this is Paris, rooms are small) but everything about was quality - sheets, pillows, TV, bathroom, tea and coffee (sachets only with kettle), all refreshed everyday with water and chocolates too. Fridge if you want. Really, I thought it was excellent. 24 hour reception as well which is handy if you want push the Paris button hard.

I didn't try the breakfast so can't rate that. I'd have liked some breakfast tea (they only provided green - which I used - and some other Liptons tea but it wasn't like plumbers tea). The shower soap didn't get refilled but I'd say that was just an oversight. It's also I little walk to the Metro - like 7 minutes - but hey - who doesn't like a walk in Paris - and there were umbrellas by the reception door for use by guests.

I have a very positive impression of this hotel, it was so comfy - definitely helped me to relax and enjoy my stay in Paris! Very nice and cozy room, super comfortable bed, large bathroom. Great staff - very friendly and helpful, it was nice to chat. In the room there was a cattle, small fridge, iron, bathrobe in a closet, they also provided a bottle of water & chocolates every day. Also cleaning was done really good. Nice location, and the area seemed to be pretty safe.

Me personally - I liked everything, just want to mention a few things for those who are choosing a hotel, so that they have matching expectations - walls between rooms are not totally soundproof, but as far as I know this is a common thing for Paris, and you can still have a good sleep. And the hotel is not brand new, so you might notice some very minor things that could be renovated. Overall this hotel is super comfortable, cozy and nice place to stay!

I really wish there was a chance to change the temperature of the air conditioning. It was a bit too hot in the room, but despite pushing every conceivable combination of buttons - nothing seemed to work, it just returned to the original settings. But, honestly, I should have probably asked the staff for help, which I didn't, so...

Room was great, the room service was exceptional, always keeping things clean and very tight and making sure everything has been refreshed and replaced The staff was amazing and extremely helpful, always willing to provide with any assist since this was our first time in beautiful Paris Big bonus the private pool and sauna with no extra cost. I would definitely recommend Westside Arc de Triomphe Hotel to anyone who wants great service at a nice location in the city centre
