I liked that it was located in La Defense, where I worked, and close to the Esplanade de la Defense metro station on the M1 line. The staff was courteous and professional. They knew how to speak many languages. The hotel placed two bottles of cold water in my refrigerator located in my room daily.

I was not too fond of the fact that there was no top sheet on the bed. The bed only had a duvet cover. This is common in France, but I still prefer a top sheet

The hotel is located very close to the metro station on line 1, connecting to some of the most important touristic destination. However, the location is mostly for who needs to be in the La Defense business district. In the evening, there is not much to do, many restaurants are closed and there is no 'ambiance'. I was upgraded to a suite, so the room is large and comfortable, with a big bathroom with shower and bath. Finishing of tiling and decoration could have been done better. The bed is a box spring, very comfortable. No outside noise, very quiet.

Only 2 rather slow elevators. Breakfast is OK but nothing special. Coffee is self-service from a machine, could be better. The hotel is rated as 5* but this is a bit too ambitious. Expensive, even to Paris standards.

The staff were very friendly and some went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The front desk group were all very pleasant to interact with. The breakfast was very good, very good selection; except for the scrambled eggs; however, my son (5yr old) enjoyed the morning croissants.

The location is challenging for taxi and Uber drivers to find. The hotel is located in a plaza where cars are not permitted, the access point is underground

Great location. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Nice decor.

Restaurant too expensive. Room service was a shambles and didn't bring the correct order and still made mistakes when trying to rectify it. The safe is on a high shelf so you can not see if you have left something behind unless you climb up or just trust what you can feel by putting your hand up there.

We really liked the interior design of the hotel and rooms. The staff (without exception) was super friendly and nice. The rooms were large enough, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of various foods, although someone that likes a warm breakfast (sausages, etc). may find the offering too little.

The bar was the biggest disappointment. The bar was not open during the weekend, and when it was open, the ambiance was not what we were hoping for.

Really nice room with big and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet rooms, comfortable to stay with baby. Good location if travelling without car, really easy and fast to get to popular attractions with public transport.

Every day same breakfast, not really good if staying longer time but overall the selection of food was enough.

Big room, especially considering it is paris.

Location is close to nothing. ie, it is close to metro, but you need 30 mins to anything in Paris. There is no neighborhood boulangerie or pâtisserie closeby. Most restaurants close by are for the local business people, and therefore are closed after 5 pm. Good facilities in a very dead area.

The Room was very nice however the air-conditioner did not work properly so the room was slightly hot during the nights. The breakfast is nice, but not exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the Starbucks outside the hotel was a bonus! There is also a nice shopping Centre in the area.

The hotel is very close to a metro station however it is in the business district, so it is a couple of stops away from the main tourist attractions. It is not a major issue though.

Front desk was staffed by bilingual and very helpful staff, rooms were cleaned very well daily, breakfast was great.

It would have been nice to have a desk and chair, shower was a bit awkward. Bathroom sink was clogged and drained very very slowly. Called to mention but was never addressed.

Amazing breakfast with lots of options and really comfortable bed. Room was clean nicely.

The only thing that i didnt like was in the bathroom sink there was unpleasant smell when you turned on the water tap and the drain was probably stuck because the water didnt go down well.
