Spacious, bright, equipped apartments near metro and bus stops. Polite staff. There is a large supermarket in the building, which is very convenient, given the presence of a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment.

You can get water only near the reception. It would be more convenient to have drinking fountains on each floor. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, keep this in mind when traveling in the summer, as it was hot and stuffy to sleep. I do not recommend opening the window at night if the windows face the street. Life is in full swing even at night, so it is quite noisy. Otherwise, everything is great!

After having read all the reviews about all pros and cons of the accommodation, I can surely say that it is definitely worth staying at appart city paris villejuif!!!! The room was perfectly clean when we arrived, our most important thing. Kitchen equipped so well, coffee machine, everything that we needed was there! Exceptional view of the balcony, spacious room, so great value for money, next to the supermarket, NEXT to the metro, safe area to walk around at night, the reception was supervised until late at night when we got home so we felt extra safe, I would definitely stay again in winter time! If I could change one thing, that would be more often housekeeping during our stay, like every 3 nights. But, we stayed 6 nights and did not leave the room early so i dont know if that played part

I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Everything matched the photos — the interior, room condition, and furnishings. The apartment includes a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a full dinner: dishes, stove, microwave, and more. The beds are truly comfortable — sleeping on them was a pleasure, and the bed linen was also clean and cozy. Overall, the room was fairly clean. A big plus is the presence of a heater with adjustable temperature settings, which is especially useful if you start feeling cold. Great location: there's a metro station nearby, and what pleasantly surprised me — there’s a grocery store in the same building with a good selection of products. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere, so I thought it was worth pointing out. Just make sure to check the store’s opening hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience when you arrive. Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression — I definitely recommend it!

No real complaints. In some spots, the cleanliness could have been slightly better, but these were very minor and rare details that are barely noticeable. Again, it’s important to keep in mind this isn’t a five-star hotel, and it fully matches the photos. I believe the price-to-quality ratio is absolutely perfect. Thank you!

The convenient location, friendly staff and fully equipped suite.

The noise. I was unlucky to have some noise disturbance throughout my trip. There were some teenage guests slamming doors and talking loudly during late hours on my floor. Besides that, some city workers were continuously blowing leaves in front of the hotel entrance for a long time every night. I guess it’s due to the season and the fact that there was a school holiday during this time of year. However, the friendly staff was able to solve the noise disturbance issue very quickly. A special thanks to Patrick and Beni for the friendliness and hospitality.

The room was clean. There was an elevator to our floor. Breakfast was available for a fee, although we didn't have it. There is a big grocery right next door, so we could get water, fruits, etc., etc. The staff was helpful and public transportation is very close. Nice shower, fridge in room but the room was a little smaller than I expected....

We couldn't find the place!!! Our taxi driver drove all around and finally dumped our bags. It turns out the address is listed as being on the main street, but the hotel is up another street/alley. We walked around for almost an hour trying to find it and asking the locals. No one knew where it was!! Finally someone found it for us....

We could check in 1 hour earlier. The room was decent size. There were towels and linen was fresh. Everything was clean. There is water machine at reception. Near the metro station no. 7. appx. 30 minutes to Louvre. There is Casino supermarket under the hotel. The neighborhood is good. We didn't have breakfast, but I saw fruits. There is a big TV and wifi connetion is good.

The hotel itself is a little bit outdated and worn. There were no proper chair to eat. There isn't any shelf in the bathroom. You could cook, but there is only one pan and some glass vessel.

Besides the hotel is not in the central part of Paris it has really easy access to it. The subway station is right in front of the hotel, couldn't be closer. Another good part is the supermarket below the hotel: anything you need for groceries you can buy easily there. I had a really good stay at the hotel and definitely would return there.

It was a whole apartment in a hotel, it had almost everything there, like kitchen utensils, microwave, glasses, even a wine opener. It was pretty clean and the location was good, very close to the metro and a supermarket underneath.

You had to go down to the reception every time you needed the hairdryer and iron, and they didn't always had them so you had to wait for others to bring it back, which was pretty inconvenient at times.

The room was very clean. The subway is steps away from the door. The room has everything we need to cook. There is a complete supermarket downstairs and some days a street market. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room size perfect for us. I highly recommend this hotel!!

It was all good. There is no hairdryer in the room but you just ask for it at the desk and return it on the last day. No big issue

A great place to stay if you need to go to the Orly airport or just want to have a very comfortable apartment for a good price. - Very spacey - Fully equipped kitchen - Personal is really helpful and friendly, they even gave our children a welcome gifts - No problem with earlier check-in if possible - A really big and cheap supermarket in the same building - Just near the metro station ~ 20-30 mins to the center - On the cheapest way to the Orly airport ~ 40-50 mins on T7 tram - Very good price for value in Paris, if you don't mind spending 10-20 mins more in metro going to the center - book this hotel. The comfort level is much higher than in hotels in the center of Paris
