Miserable bar and restaurant staff, smile please 😁 Only 1 person on reception checking in 10 Chinese people. We had been in the car 6 hours and waited and waited to check in. No stairs?? Parking advertised as part of the room package but charged €10, needs to be clearer. No teapots at breakfast. Hot water was given to us in a jug. Others had tea pots but we were exempt why? Scrambled eggs were in the same tureen as the bacon and sausages, a no no for a vegetarian. I asked for fresh scrambled egg that was not contaminated. No plain croissants just sweet ones. No staff interaction with guests. Very corporate and sterile.

I had a fantastic stay at this modern hotel, which boasts an exceptional location. The sleek, contemporary design and state-of-the-art amenities made for an incredibly comfortable experience. I was disappointed to find that the rooms only offered plastic cups instead of glass. This felt a bit out of place for a hotel of this category, where I would expect higher quality amenities. Despite this, the overall experience was positive.

Very friendly and welcoming staff made our stay even more pleasant. The beds were comfortable, and overall we felt the hotel offered good value for money. The location is excellent, especially if you're arriving by car - there's paid parking available, but it's convenient and works well. The only minor downside was breakfast. The selection was quite limited, but what was offered was of good quality and nicely prepared.

The room was very spacious, providing really comfortable beds, and massive windows, with curtains. The bathroom was big, with everything working in order. Ample parking, and there was a lane at the entrance for bag drop off, making everything smooth and fast. There was breakfast in the morning, with a lot of options, including Batista coffee. Vegan options were available too. Would definitely recommend

My big appointment with a great and comfortable beds. The view from our 8 floor appointment was really cool. The breakfast is great and I had also a 5 stars cappuccino included in my breakfast price. The hotel is also introducing late check out - noon , with is great for those who are not willing to hurry :)

The location is a bit far from the city centre but is in an area with a lot of stores.

This was our second stay at Plus Net Tower Hotel Padova. Travelling across northern Italy, it's an ideal stop off, as it's easy to access from the motorway. We didn't have time to stop off in Padova itself, so this was perfect. The hotel - more a business/conference hotel, than a boutique hotel - is EXCELLENT. Cool design, very clean, great room & bathroom, super comfy bed. And a fabulous restaurant. Just fabulous. An astonishingly good menu - really, really excellent restaurant standard food. All fresh, prepared where you can see (there's an open-ish kitchen, so if you have a table near it, you can see what is going on) and really amazing choice and standard. Twice we've experienced superb food here - and have definitely had far worse in restaurants which *should* be better. Free car parking facilities, either in an underground car park, or right in front of the hotel on a private road. Wouldn't think twice about booking here again.

In our experience, given its location and what you pay, this hotel has absolutely no downsides.

We actually went to the Best Western Plus Galileo Hotel Padova, but the staff was great and the hotel as well. We got two big connected rooms, with 2 fully equipped bathrooms. The rooms were big and clean, fabulous.

Breakfast is not that great deal for the price (10€), but they make you cappuccino which was good. The hotel is outside the historic center of Padova, but it's actually not bad if you go by car.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel, well equipped, with a closed parking. The possibility to bring your dog (but 20€ for 1 night). The restaurant of the hotel is very good, the team very friendly, and the breakfast was OK.

The room was clean except hair on the sheets and towels. It is not possible to lower the air conditioning under 21° (you can stop it but it restarts automatically when you leave the room), so the air is pretty dry. Not well soundproofed.

Private parking, big room with big comfortable bed, we could have breakfast until 10 and leave the room until 12h.

Mould in the shower, and old style furniture and curtains with spots. Bed linen with holes ans bathroom's door broken. I thing for the price that we paid it's inacceptable.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was a good size. Except for the two things that I mentioned in the section of things that I didn't like for improvement, overall the hotel is very good .

1.Unfortunately, they do not answer the phone number written in the hotel reservation email to communicate. 2.It is not clear how to enter the parking lot, it is better to include the relevant information in the reservation registration email.
