I love the room. The space is spacious. Enough space to pray. There is shampoo and bath soap dispenser in the bathroom but it is labeled so I don't know which one is for hair and which one is for body. The TV have astro and netflix. 😍

The location is in front of KTCC Mall, very easy to find but the parking place is limited. It is a public parking so need to pay but don't worry can pay via tngo e-wallet. Another thing is the feel of the room. Kinda creepy at night. I don't know why. The aura is a bit dark. I can't really sleep last night 😰.

1. The location is lovely and close to KTCC mall, beaches, and popular eateries. 2. Shower was great with a working water heater. The bathroom was very clean. Sufficient clean towels were provided. 3. Fridge was provided in the room, which is very useful. 4. Their cafe was alright. Like the foods. 5. Aircond, TV, and fan were working well. 6. Tissue, praying mat, hair dryer and iron set were also provided in the room :)

1. Parking is not free and is a bit hassle. It can be very difficult to park close to the hotel. There is a free parking space approx. 200+ meters from the hotel. 2. Room might be a bit small for three people but not too bad. A bit challenging to pray inside the room with three people. 3. Wish to have a lamp that can dim, and provide more tea and coffee supplies. 4. Price might be a bit pricey, but justified with the location and room condition.

Spacious clean room, clean bathroom, good wifi, walking distance to eateries, dobi

1. Limited parking, 2. busy road, 3. got a non smoking room, however, at night and early in the morning I could smell cigarette smoke inside my room. Prolly from the next door idk, but i couldn't sleep well due to the smoke. Got myself very close to go to emergency for shortness of breath. Other than the smoke issue, everything was fine

The hotel is like in the centre of the city.. near mall KTCC, easy to find a restaurants to eat, even the hotel has their own restaurant... there's a clinic nearby, 7/11 also in walking distance, secret recipe, dimsum place too...

Everything about this hotel is good..but the only problem is hotel not provide the parking space, you need to use public parking space and pay for it...and the parking is too limited like very limited, if you park in unauthorized places you will be sued by local authorities...one more thing, i think i just get a new renovated room, the smells of paint, cement is too strong its make me dizzy..if you renovate a room at least wait 2 week or more until you use it..hope the hotel don't do this again.

The room was indeed so spacious for two people and clean. They provided a prayer mat for Muslims. The toilet is also big. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Just an 8 minute walk to Singgangbudu.

All the facilities were good except they don't provide complete toiletries i.e. toothbrush & toothpaste. Parking is not provided and You have to pay for it.

hot water shower, air conditioned room, comfortable bed and clean room , what else more to ask for after a long day and long drive .. absolutely satisfied and happy with my stay here. the front desk staff is very easy going and approachable when i ask for favor. location is pretty strategic as the biggest mall KTCC mall is just walking distance from the hotel. had my dinner at the restaurant at ground floor, food is delicious and price is affordable .. perfect stay at this town

The location is very strategic, near to KTCC Mall, Drawbridge and lot of eateries nearby. Everything is just by walking distance that you don't need to drive a car to go places. In my opinion, this hotel is one the best hotels in Kuala Terengganu. With the low price for the room, everything is just perfect and will meet your expectation! Thumbs up to the Hotel Management!

Sometimes they do renovation at night. But it does not hamper my experience there.

Room and bathroom was clean, comfy bed and pillows which are also clean. Room even though was small but enough room for luggage and a comfortable spot to perform solah. Room was bright.

They dont provide parking so have to find your own parking. Some car owners just park indiscriminately and cant pass through. Appreciate if hotel management during checkin, just note down the car plate and room number so when need to move the car, the hotel can inform the owner.

Very good value for money room and bathroom are very clean and well maintained. Basic facilities are enough for short stay. There is a restaurant downstairs. Location is superb in the heart of city centre. Near the beach.

Public roadside parking is quite challenging during daytime but still possible to get

1. WiFi is not good at all especially for rooms that are located at the end of buildings, or far away from router. Is hard for business purposes ie virtual calls webinars in the room that guest has to take 2. Window cannot be sealed completely, and therefore cooking smell from their in-house restorant below can be smelled in the room. Additionally, vehicles exhaust sound can be also heard in the room. 3. Water dispensers are not provided.
