The location was great, the bus stop was a few minutes away, the restaurant right next door, and the bank right across the street. Many food vendors near the area. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. it's definitely worth that add-on when staying at NH Hotel. There are many options to choose from and fresh made eggs to your liking scrambled, omlettes, fresh fruit, augas frescas, pan dulce, veggies, toast just about anything for a great breakfast.

The only thing I didn't like was a small issue we had on the first night we arrived. We had gone to bed early as it was a long day of travel that first night, but we had been woken up by a knock on our door around 9pm by the whom I assumed was the manager and security guard because there was a noise complaint from someone that was saying we were being loud and noisy but we had been asleep since 7pm due to a long day of travel. The rest of the night, we were unable to sleep because we could hear noise from the surrounding rooms, and we were just uncomfortable after being awakened by the staff. This was the only part we didn't enjoy.

right now there is a lot of construction going on outside but the hotel itself was very nice.

with the exception of the omelettes, the other breakfast foods were not warm enough, also very overpriced. dining room for dinner at night was without interest or ambience. one would expect at least a small selection of wines to have with dinner, but selection was non existent, we ended up going elsewhere to eat. very disappointing.

Good value “business hotel”. Location a bit difficult with construction but not too far from centre. Use maps aplicación! Breakfast buffet—-fabulous!!! Omg a nice surprise. Works for tourists too, but cannot access centre directly really.

Less central, better for between Juranquilla and centre, or out of town guests. Wish buffet was included

our room has been upgraded and we were on the fifth floor, which made the traffic noise less of a problem. Construction around the hotel is obtrusive.

The hotel is not within walking distance of anything interesting or easily accessed. No restaurants or items of interest. Road construction in front of the hotel makes it very difficult for Ubers or taxis to easily access place. Dust and noise are a given.

Very modern, clean and comfy rooms. Abundant hot water and great soundproofing.

Location is a bit underwhelming, in an area with industrial parks and few local restaurants.

The staff was always nice and was trying to help.

It is just too small and doesn’t have big facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable thought

i love how friendly and helpful everyone are definitely I great experience I often travel to Querétaro MX and tried different facilities and so far NH was the best place to stay breakfast was my favorite !!!

The location in endustrial area and don’t have supermarket or restaurant arount the hotel.
