The restroom could be improved

Only the location and the price. You get what yoy pay for. I only used it for a quick stop at queretaro so it wasnt so bad.

Couldnt see anything on the tv, the toilet and shower are inside the bedroom so smells and bowel noises are shared to your partner in bed, they were doing renovations on side rooms that were noisy, and the bed was stiff.

The room was very hot and dark. There was just one very tiny window high up that didn’t let in much light This made it feel very oppressive on the room I was sharing with a friend and the toilet “door” was just a shower curtain - not much privacy

Friendly staff & late check-in

The hotel was changed to another one without any previous information. If it was not for my call, we wouldn't even know that in the one we booked there was no space. No hot water

Beds are comfy

The bathroom was very small, also the bathroom door was short

Staff is very friendly and location is a short walk away from the center

The room was full of mosquitos who didn't let me sleep properly and occasionally a big cockroach was messing around (until it met it's maker). That wasn't too pleasant

The price was good and the staff was friendly

I booked for 3 days. But they charged cash for another day or I had to leave.

Nothing

There were cucarachas, the bed was hard. No separation between the toilet and the shower...so there was water everywhere. You can't lock the door properly.
