My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was safe (nearby a school and the state police headquarters building) and near an Oxxo, Starbucks, and other little restaurants. It offered many amenities such as a gym and laundry room which were in good condition and not something often found at other hotels. The staff were very nice and helpful! The employees that cleaned the rooms and the hotel deserve special recognition for how clean the hotel was and for even returning later in the afternoon to clean our room when they had already made their rounds and we had slept in! Thanks for a great stay!

Outstanding value, cheerful and extremly helpful staff at reception, maintenance and management. A guest next door had a medical emergency and the hotel brought a doctor to his room who took care of the issue and all that was covered by the hotel. Great gymnasium. SMmart TV. Excellent internet connection. Refrigerator/ microwave..Free wash and dry machines, they even provide detergent, WOW.

Rooms are big, neat and clean. Resturants, Oxxo and other many options are available . Parking , Gym and other things are good.

The rooms are not ready even at 4:30pm. They told to wait for 5mins which took more than 20mins. Later , when i ask the receiptionist issue the rooms. You cannot cook as there are no stove. But they mention you could cook However everything else is perfect.

Room size, distribution and cleanliness were very good. Check in and check out were very quick and professional. Hotel is very well located inside of a plaza with accesible restaurants and convenience store. Friendly staff. Very nice size room

Breakfast not good. Lacking to be refilled on many of their items. Would take carpet off from bedroom.

Price was great and staff were super nice, parking was free, the complementary discounts were great and the options were too

Pillows were a bit flat for my liking and with the construction outside the entrance can be a bit confusing, next door neighbors were a bit loud sometimes and I could hear it

The place is newish and super clean. There's a plaza with Starbucks. It's super quiet even though we face the street and plaza. They gave us the top floor so we have a nice view. TV is large and hung on the wall. Doing laundry is free and they even gave us detergent and fabric softener. It's such a good value and there are restos and an OXXO and BBVA in the plaza. We just Ubered to El Centro when we wanted to eat out and stroll around. Air conditioning -- so and cool at night so we slept so well! Large King bed too.

Breakfast didn't look great, but that's ok. Plenty to eat in the plaza and not many people getting breakfast so makes sense that they didn't go all out.

The hotel is clean and I love that it has big windows and doesn’t have plastic water bottles. Instead it has water stations to refill your water bottle. Also is in a plaza so is very convenient. Also in the room you have microwave, refrigerator and a safe box.

Modern new hotel with spacious and clean room, comfortable bed. Good value for money. Recommended.

A little far from the historical centre but there is a minimarket and some restaurants on the 1st and 2nd floor of the adjacent building so still quite convenient.

Location although highest is under construction in front of hotel. Construction should be complete in February 2024
