Great value. Friendly staff. Central location and right on the beach. Loved how eco friendly this resort was. Used reusable cups and encouraged use of bringing your own cup for drinks. Plenty of beach chairs. Very clean.

The food could have been better but there was a lot of variety. Most of the proteins were overcooked or over seasoned.

1. Location excellent, minutes walking from stores, grocery, bars, etc. 2. Access to Riu parties with free shuttles - super 3. Great buffet and restaurant options (international, Japanese, Steakhouse, Italian) 4. Great beach. Unfortunately had a lot of sargassum but they did remove it daily. 5. Check in and out was easy, champagne on entry 6. Bartenders are some of the fastest i have seen. Lot of cocktail options 7. 24hour bar with snacks was excellent 8. Younger crowd (20s and 30s mainly) 9. All bars had all the same drinks, including martinis and champagne

1. The AC was set to 24 degrees, and I could not adjust it. The hotel said all rooms were set and this could not be changed. First time I have seen this. Would have made the experience sleeping a lot better if it could be a bit colder. 2. Rooms are a little dated but still clean and comfortable. 3. Could not make a reservation in advance for the restaurants so did not get to eat at the steakhouse as it was full all the nights. You need to go early to secure a spot.

I loved the hotel's location. It is in a safe walking distance to grocery stores, souvenir shops, malls, massage spas, restaurants, bars, and other hotels. The staff was very friendly and polite. They always smiled and greeted you. The property was well-staffed, and service was provided promptly. There was never a wait at a bar or restaurant. Everything was clean and well-kept. The breakfast was the best meal. I tried almost all of the restaurants, and the selections were amazing, but the actual flavor of breakfast was the best. The room on the 15th floor was comfortable and spacious. The temperature was easy to control. The mini bar was well stocked and the app to request housekeeping was very convenient. The views of the sea, sunrise, and sunset were great from the balcony.

There was no room service, but I understand staffing limits and it wasn't a huge inconvenience. The flavor of the food was disappointing. The menus for the restaurant and the food looked good but the taste did not meet expectations. I wish the preparation of the food had better attention: overcooked shrimp, underseasoned sauces, and bland desserts. I love pina coladas and daiquiris, but the brand of mix that was used had a strange aftertaste, so I did not drink as much as I would have. I enjoyed the wine. The property could use cosmetic updates like paint, patio and room furniture, plush bedding, and new towels and washcloths.

Great location within walking distance of the nightclubs and restaurants. Pretty good food and alcoholic beverages for an all inclusive. I was pleasantly surprised. The shower was everything, great water pressure. Those are the little things that makes a difference in your stay. The parties at the Riu were awesome!

The gym is awful for such a nice resort, too small and very outdated equipment. If you don’t like a firm mattress you won’t like the bed but for someone with lower back issues it’s what the doctor ordered.

View from my balcony over looking the pool and beach was so beautiful . Good vibes all around. The hotel is big, great atmosphere! Hotel staff are super kool & friendly. Tried all the restaurants the food was good! The drinks were good too. They had daily activities to do in the pool & music playing! The beach was really clean & beautiful. The excursion purchase through the hotel was so lit! The pool bar bartenders was so lit & happy everytime u ordered a drink. Best part was the bus that picks you up to take you to the Riu parties at the other hotel! MAKE SURE YALL HIT THOSE PARTIES UP YOU WONT REGRET IT!

The pool was kinda hot. Really was looking to cool off in the pool. I had a junior suite, and at night sounds coming from the lock safe or fridge not sure was making a loud noise that kept sounding like somebody was coming in our room. It kept us up at night. Also the bathroom toilet kept smelling bad like it was finna back up or something!

The resort was clean, very entertaining and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is always something to do and the parties are very well thought out and fun. This was definitely a vacation to remember. The only issue is the fluctuating water temperatures in the shower, but we made it work and had an amazing experience with our stay here. I can’t say enough great things!

Rooms could be updated. Need more lunch options. Air conditioning in my room was mid. Not terrible but mid.

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and efficient Food tasted great, there was entertainment everyday. Staff clean all day, so place is vell maintained. Most of the staff spoke English also.

Soft drink and juice options are limited. Only Pepsi and 7up, would of preferred coca cola or juices like fruit punch.

Not the first time there but still very happy each time I visit. Every thing is in a little distance of your room, pool, beach, restaurant... Everything is well organized, activities, bar, restaurant. The beach is so wonderful too

Call room service replace bedsheet pillow no show and basic buffet food had time slots between breakfast lunch and lunch to dinner which was too wide if gap.
