The breakfast is parcial included. Only one meal option is included and you HAVE to puy for drinks, like coffe or juice. So the breakfast is not included, is parcial and there any think saying about that.

It was a little hotel well managed and close to the seaside. The staff was very friendly and efficient, Romina and Jose were really problem solving. The pool was relaxing either with a astonishing view over the city

The breakfast was very good but not well assorted. They served fried egg but the bread is not included and you have to pay for it.

great location. Very close to bars, restaurants and the beach. The rooftop pool and bar were cool as well. My room was modern and big enough for the purpose of my trip (which was exploring the Mexican Caribbean rather than relaxing at a hotel). The breakfast was good and staff at the restaurant and bar were super friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff could have been a bit more friendly, they gave me a feeling like they wanted to interact/help as little as possible, I had to ask for everything myself (even which number my room was as the key card didn’t say) but I’d still come back. Reg. the rooftop party noise mentioned in other reviews: I’d asked for a quiet room and could still here the music a little bit in the evenings but then again this is Playa del Carmen, and in all hotels I’ve stayed at so far I could here a bit of what was going on outside so it wasn’t a big deal for me. I slept just fine.

Everything was wonderful. Yael is superb!!!! He recommended the best food spots. Did not fail. My kids enjoyed their stay. Everyone was hospitable. Definitely coming back. Property was excellent, clean and quiet.

Good location. You get passes for a beach club ( no fee for the beds but a 300 or 500 pesos minimum spend) and they provide you with towels downstairs. Good parking provided. Breakfast is very tasty. We had breakfast at the hotel one day and the other day we went to a really lovely breakfast place nearby. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are small but for a good price they are fine

This is a great location, but some small details are not well done. my room would sometimes have two new bottles of water a day, and then a couple days there was none. Also no replacement of used shampoo bottles. The room key did not work on arrival, move to a numerical key, but no one ever followed up and gave me a working key despite a long stay. So the place is drifting on details.

The property is in a good location pretty close to the 5th Avenida, the room is nice, good beds, pillows, air conditioning, nice bathroom, good staff

On Mondays the hotel residents take dance lessons in the rooftop close to the 4th floor till 1am, not letting you sleep or rest because of the noise.

2nd time staying here and it gets better. They sent a dessert for our honeymoon and it was very special! Staff is always very friendly. Breakfast is very tasty

It is always good

Great location. The ambient is well decorated and the room was felt really high quality. The roof-top pool and bar/restaurant was also very nice. They partnered up with a beach club (Martina), offering this high quality service for free for all guests (very unexpected). Garage was available at all times. The staff was very polite and ready to help (special thanks to the breakfast team and Jiovanni, the night shift receptionist)

The toilet door had no lock/handles (not missing, simply not added by design), making it impossible to properly close. The room sound insulation could be a bit better (not a major issue) and the courtains could have a tighter seal, to avoid outside light (again, not a major issue).
