Beautiful hotel, lovely room. Spotlessly clean. Cleaned daily. Ample Mexican style breakfast. Fabulous pool area but most of all staff were amazing. Worked aimlessly to meet our needs and couldn’t do enough for us. Service with a smile. A couple of minutes walk to 5th Avenue which is very lively and an entertaining area with lots of great bars and restaurants but hotel was always quiet in our apartment and pool area. We travel to Mexico several times a year and will definitely stay again soon. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Would have like a larger choice of breakfast but what we experienced was ample.

Our room was very spacious and cozy. Bed was extremely nice and comfy, we had a great sleep. Location was overall good and very close to shopping places. Rooftop swimming pool was clean, we had great drinks and bartender was polite. We ended up staying for one more night.

Check-in experience was not nice. We had to wait for 30-60 minutes for the reception guy to give us any attention even tho we were the only ones in the lobby.

Good location, within walking distance of the 10 Avenida Norte and many other food options. Friendly staff, house keeping service is good. Parking available on site underground. They provided beach towels for you to use. American breakfast included in the in house cafe.

We were on the first floor, so the sound proofing could be better. The balcony doors didn't appear to be tightly closed but we didn't have any issues. We had an issue with the shower water pressure but it was looked into quite quickly. The lift from the car park to the lobby took a while.

Hotel was nice. very good location, rooms were big and clean. Staff was nice. There is a parking underground that with a doorman. Did not have issues going in and out (most of the time there was someone there, and when it was not, they quickly sent someone)

Windows did not have very good soundproofing but was not an issue as the area is not noisy and many rooms have window to the interior of the hotel. Breakfast was not that great in the sense that there were not many options to choose from.

Very nice staff and clean hotel. The room with livingroom area was great and big. Breakfast was ok, coffee good and waiter very very nice. The location is perfect in the more quiet part of the walking street with nice restaurants and bars. I recommend! Could have had free of charge bottles of water and daily cleaning sometimes forgot something, like wash the dishes. I would go again. :)

Clean, had everything you needed, comfortable bed, was bigger a room than expected. Good location

We paid for breakfast included however it wasn’t until we finished our food that we were told we had to pay. It was then that we found out that breakfast included meant we only one option which was American style breakfast. Breakfast does not include the full menu and there is no buffet

We really liked the location of the hotel,it was perfect for relaxing even it’s close to 5th avenue. The roof top pool is amazing,and the room was too! The staff was really friendly,except for the guys who served the breakfast!! They were terrible!!

The breakfast was really tasty,but we had to wait very long every single morning. The waiter guys were extremly slow,and they don’t really know what service means!! Last two days we chose to have breakfast some place else,because of the service!!

Having warned in advance that the check-in at night, we tried to wake up the reception 20 min since the entrance was locked/ called, knocked/.breakfast is monotonous

For the price point this was an excellent place! The room was massive and very clean, I had my cat with me and they accommodated her so nicely. The WiFi was fast and the place was super quiet, I slept very well in the massive and comfortable bed! Free breakfast was a great touch as well 😊

There was no hot water in the shower, maybe they have solar water heaters so it only had hot water in the daytime? Was strange considering the rest of the place was so nice

The rooms and the location was perfect

I was expecting a buffet breakfast, the waiter there was very slow and took the American guests first because he expected more tips from them. WE sat there for 40 minutes without being served. And the American guests, who came later, were already served breakfast. We still drank our coffee. and the last 2 days we went to another breakfast place.
