Beds really comfortable shower good extended a night in the suite which was much quieter than the other room and very spacious. The patio doors in the double room don’t close completely so the noise from barking dogs was annoying. The hotel can’t help with the barking but if the doors closed properly you can’t hear them as much. The hotel is 5 mins away from the noisy bars etc so location perfect and music can’t be heard. The staff are very friendly, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again (providing the patio doors closed fully)

The pool is just a plunge pool so tiny, I didn’t bother getting in. We booked an extra night and because our room type was fully booked that night we paid for an upgraded room. We had to wait until 3.15 for access so sat in the lobby for over 3 hours. Check in is at 3 so they didn’t do anything wrong, I am just disappointed they didn’t clean our room as soon as it was empty so that we could get in earlier it would have been a nice gesture.

The hotel is small which is nice. It looks newly refurbished. They do not provide breakfasts but there are many restaurants in the vicinity, especially on the 5th avenue. The hotel is at a walking distance from nice beaches (and I do not mean beaches in front of hotels) like Playa Punta Esmeralda, Playa 88 etc... When there was a problem in the room the staff resolved it very abruptly.

Room was nice and spacious and the bed was huge. The location is decent and there are good restaurants or cafes nearby to enjoy.

AC was really noisy so end up turning it off when sleeping. The front counter is supposed to have people there 24/7 but sometimes if he isn't there and you return, you will have to wait outside for him to open the door for you. They do not give you water or coffee pods on the second day of stay so buy your own water from across the street at oxxo. The pool is pretty small and the quality of the water is unclear so I used the beach instead.

Modern decor, comfortable firm beds, beautiful washroom, very clean, overall style, excellent staff. Large supermarket across the street. Love this property and will return again!

Only one issue: some of the rooms have small windows near the ceiling to let light in but they do not have curtains or blinds. Another room type has no windows. I like windows but I need blackout curtains to block sunlight for sleeping so I had to upgrade my room after a poor sleep. Be sure to specify when booking.

Location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly! Room has been clean everyday, there was a very useful refrigerator, a quick elevator and the shower was good. The decoration vibes are a bonus!

Floor could be a little cleaner; but that’s just an observation, something small compared to our great experience. I also think that a clothes line would be welcome :)

Super nice and helpful staff: starting from welcomed drink till the last day. I just want to repeat - the front desk was AMAZING! Very good location, clean and nice room. Relax area on the 6th floor is also really nice and cozy. I like that they give beach towels (upon request) Cosmetics in the room (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion) They clean rooms every day.

*shower gets flooded (I haven’t mentioned it to the receptionist) *balcony- i was expecting like a real balcony, with table and chairs, however, it’s very small and covered with front wall decoration, so, you aren’t able to see the view (even if it’s street view) *very small pool, however, there were no people, so it was more than enough to have it all for myself. * after cleaning, all pieces of soap were replaced with the new ones- i believe lots of people would like it, but I prefer sustainability, therefore, I kindly suggest you to leave already used soap as well as new one, so visitors like me could still use old ones. :)

I stayed one quick night. The two gentlemen at my check-in were just lovely. The room is small and has no outside windows, but I knew that going in. It is comfortable and so clean and with great AC. It's a charming small property with a dipping pool and two public areas including a lounge area upstairs so you won't feel claustrophobic. Really great facilities and well thought out. Under new management from my first stay in 2021 it seems. This is also in my favorite neighborhood of PDC. Along with the new Selecto, I will now stay here versus the Hilton where I have loyalty and a fancy rooftop pool.

Even the deluxe interior rooms do not black out to the hallway lights. Dennis tried to charge me for a soda at check-out after I'd asked if there's a charge for anything in the mini-fridge. I'd have easily walked to the Oxxo for an 11 peso soda versus 30 pesos. He fixed it and was quite nice and even provided me with another set of bath products since I really liked the clean fresh scent.

great location in my favourite area of playa del Carmen, and a few minutes walk to the beach to watch sunrise in the morning

the maids talking and shouting outside my room from 8am until 10.30am when I checked out :-( I was working online and could hear every loud word through my door, not relaxing or comfortable at all. I would never stay in the King Room with hot tub again because of this issue, it’s next to reception and the cleaning supplies room. Also the room does not have any hooks to hang your wet towels after a shower??!

Such lovely staff they showed me the room before I booked. They ordered an airport taxi for us. The room was made up everyday. Nespresso coffee machine with courtesy pods provided. Felt very safe s9meone on reception day and night.

Stayed in one of the AV suites and was very pleased. Check in straightforward and room was clean with A comfy bed and handy little balcony. The rooftop pool and bar area were nice. Location was good. Just beyond the end of main strip and short distance from beach. Whole hotel is covered in gorgeous murals.

Shame there's no breakfast and no view from the rooms.
