Very nice room with two beds and a sofa, air conditioner, tv, balcony and adequate size. Stayed here for 5 days and easily accomodated the group I was staying with. Host was very responsive and the property had nice amenities like a rooftop pool with LED lights at nighttime, reclining beach chairs, and a small gym.

The only aspect of the room that got a little difficult at times was the lack of a shower curtain. Functionally, this allowed more water to escape from the overhead shower resulting in an almost perpetually wet bathroom and diminished privacy when more than one person is using the bathroom.

We are in love with this place. We spent 7 nights in two different studios, both were great. Clean and new, equipped with everything you need to make your stay amazing. The building is new and well maintained. The rooftop pool is a unique place to relax in the hours after the beach. Located in the heart of 5th avenue and walking distance from the beach (7 min). There are many bars and restaurants nearby (we recommend El Pirata). The place certainly exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it. We will definitely go back there again!

The apartment and the facility were truly amazing. First of all, very clean - the room, bed sheets, towels, kitchen equipment all in perfect condition. The AC works well. The pool and the space around it were in absolutely great condition and cleaned/maintained every day. The location is perfect as on one side you are 5min away from the most touristic and commercial street in Playa (restaurants, shops etc) and the beach, but when you go in the other direction you can reach real Mexican streets with delicious street food, shops and experience completely different side of the city. The staff was very professional, nice and helpful! They took care of everything that we have asked for and provided great service. Ps. We have also rented the car and the underground parking lot was fully accessible.

The water pressure was quite weak.

I would definitely come and stay at this apartment again! ;) Great location on 10th Ave. One block from 5th. Not particularly noisy. Easy walk to beach. High end supermarket two blocks away. I was upgraded, thank you. Check in easy. If I had any issues, I would message the host and would hear back quickly. Bed very comfortable, even the sheets quality was high. Hot water and pressure was perfect. Apartment was clean. Kitchen was useful for breakfast, small meals. Balcony overlooking city and ocean was amazing. AC worked perfectly. Elevator made ease of heavy bags. 24/7 front door staff very helpful and kind. Pool on the roof looked inviting and clean. The pool area has amazing views of the city and the ocean. Note: Main photo of accommodation frontage has an old restaurant in the front, so use the GPS co-ordinates provided in your booking confirmation to find the apartment. A washing machine in that apartment would be very helpful for people who do not want to take their clothing to one of the local launderettes. There was construction next door, yet this seems typical in Playa and not the fault of the host. Nice and clean apartment. I could choose it for second time and not far from the sea. I was so happy I got my apartment on the top 5th floor.

Not that I didn't like, everything was nice, but water glasses were plastic (it's not problem) but they were broken. The biggest disappointment- NO PARKING

Nice building, Very nice staff!!, Very bright and clean. we needed blankets, hot water and tp but we had immediate service. We thought it was a 2 bedroom…it was 2 beds.

The stairs are different sizes by 2 or so inches when not taking the elevator.

one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. chic, simple and everything you need. really enjoyed morning swims on the roof too. close to 38th and the beach
