We like the short distance walking to every where like 5ta ave,beach,Restaurants, Chedraui market. Also Lorena the front desk girl she is amazing and help us with all our needs, the housekeeping lady and the Manager Monserat she helped us with a downstairs room witch is better than the 3 floor,very nice services even with the Beryl huracan passed by Playa del Carmen .Overall the hotel was ok for our long stay 8 days.Pool is tiny but you can refresh there.

Hotel needs a lot of improvement, they are working on. There was not hot water in our first 4 days . There is not a Stove in the room #6 and the refrigerator is not cooling ,just the freezer works good.

The shaded pool and courtyard were lovely to come back to on a hot day and we spent several evenings on our patio. The location was within walking distance of the beach and shopping. The staff were helpful and quickly responded to any concerns we had. We appreciated that they allowed us to keep our rental bikes in our main floor room overnight.

We thought we had rented a room with a cook top, but we hadn’t. However, we were able to make things in the microwave to support my dietary needs. It was a minor inconvenience.

The rooms are clean, affordable and location is good

The wifi is terrible don’t plan to do any video calls here you can barely use social media

Great location and comfortable room.

Would have appreciated a kettle and cups so we could make tea and coffee in the room. Coffee only available at reception but would be better if supplied hot water so could make tea

Location, big rooms.

No maintenance, some staff is very rude. Terrible pillows, if staying there, bring your own. I asked them to please change the pillows and they didn’t, alleging the hotel was 100% full but clearly it wasn’t .

Perfect location, very close to everything I needed.

The barking dogs adjacent to the property … The water pressure could be stronger in the shower…

The location was very nice and the staff were friendly. They even contacted us before if we need any support. I truly recommend to everyone.

The rooms are a bit old, but overall it is a very nice place to stay. Good value for the money.

Right close to the best restaurants and cosy place. We’ve enjoyed one night and came back again to stay one more. And a for raccoons 🦝 made our stay more fun Highly recommend

It feels time worn there were only 2 pillows on a king bed small tv

Amazing staff! So polite and attentive. Pool was beautifully maintained. We would go back most definitely.great value!
