The breakfast was phenomenal with a wide selection of vegan, gluten free, healthy and local cuisines. The amazing staff were always kind and attentive. The facilities were stunning and very well kept.

There were a few corporate events happening during our stay - I did not really expect them to impede on vacationers because the property is so expansive. For me, it was a bit off-putting that the pool restaurant closed early and equipment was being set up next to poolside lounge chairs due to a corporate (or any other type of) function.

The staff was amazing and made our experience that much better. Special thank to our Concierge Alejandro! Good food althrough out the trip but the breakfast buffey definitely stood out.

This resort does just about everything right. Starting with the very friendly staff, the stunning common spaces, pools, restaurants, spa and of course the rooms. The spa was extremely serene and beautiful, the staff there very good and the options nearly endless. The restaurants are very good too, with a nice variety that allowed us the opportunity to try different things every night. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The rooms are large and very well designed with great closet space, bathrooms and outdoor space. the linens and toiletries were lovely. The gym is very well equipped too. Even after 8 days I wanted to stay.

it is a bit remote. if you remember that (and especially if you have no interest in going off property) you won’t be frustrated by it. some days the room was not cleaned until 4:00. that was really unacceptable. although the food is excellent and the staff eager to help, the restaurants seem expensive for Mexico. From a cost perspective it is more like eating in San Francisco or New York.

The property was spectacular and beautiful. Majority of the staff were professional and friendly. I would definitely go back but now I know to make sure I have cash on me instead my card.

What I didn’t like is once I booked this property from booking.com I knew what I should’ve been paying once I got there , but because it’s not an all inclusive the property is still going to get their money. They will charge you $200. 00 a night hold. So on top of paying the fee to stay they put a hold on my card for 800.00 for 4 nights. Basically they figure you’re going to spend your money on the property regardless. My card was on hold for 800.00

It's a family-style resort but not loud, and there are still couples. You won’t see trashy people on vacation getting wasted which is nice and relaxing. Quieter atmosphere. Love that the beach chairs are first come first serve, and you don't have to pay for the bungalows which are super cozy! Jungle-y and beachy which is nice. A healthy mix of both. They are cognizant of the bugs and have bug spray everywhere for you to use. The breakfast was probably the best food at the hotel. There were continental items and many many local cuisine items. The breakfast also catered well to vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dietary restrictions. The guacamole station was something to dream of! Everything was spot on and super clean. All of the staff were more than just friendly.

Some restaurants were slightly overpriced for the ingredients and food items. This is understandable as it is an expensive, five-star hotel, but the food was overpriced at times. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

The breakfast was very good. However, when the hotel reached its 50-60% of its capacity the staff collapsed.

Some of the resturants that the hotel recommended outside the hotel were not very good and seemed a little dangerous. The staff at the beach was very kind but they seemed unprepared sometimes.

Breakfast is the best we’ve ever seen, staff is super friendly, everyone is smiling and ready to help, top service. food in main pool restaurants is super tasty, room service super fast. Beds are comfy

Beach is much better than in sister Hilton, but not what you find in Tulum beach clubs with the palm trees shades and a long sandy stroll.

We loved everything about Conrad Tulum. It is an elegant resort with incredibly friendly and attentive service. The meals were wonderful - we especially loved the big breakfasts at The Arborlea. It was such a relaxing week for my husband and I. Perfect!!

The only thing I can think to say is that the rooms could use more "hooks" or places to hang things like beach hats and wet swim suits. Very minor detail, but you asked!

The Hotel is spectacular; the holiday decor was superb. The food was tasty and always fresh. The prices were a bit on the higher end but the quality matches it. The staff was always welcoming and kind and willing to go the extra mile. The hotel is cozy and quiet and that what my husband and I were looking for to celebrate a decade of being married. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking to disconnect and recharge.
