This hotel was recommended to me by a coworker, and it exceeded my already high expectations! Room was perfect - bidet with warm seat and auto-flush, great tub for soaking (and even hanging up your clothes if you want to wash inside), two automatic blinds (one for blocking out light when you're sleeping, and a shaded one so you can get some light but not too bright during the day). Room service was great, and there was always free water (4 bottles a day!) so never had to buy any. Amenities - gym was fantastic (trainer who helped spot my bench presses! cold towels! iced water! treadmills with little TVs for each one!), pool as well and steam room and sauna inside the gym bathrooms. concierge was great, helped me get taxis, get grab food delivery, get change when I needed it, with luggage, hold luggage after checkout, etc. pretty much anything i needed, they were able to help with! Location - loved the location (close to many great restaurants in Thong Lo / Ekkamai), and the tuk tuk regular service to BTS, and the in-house spa and onsen! Felt very safe walking around and had no problems navigating the city. Will def come back!

The room was very comfortable, clean, beautiful interior. Hotel provides a free of charge TukTuk to reach the nearest subway station, which is not very far by walking as well. Hotel is beautiful and has great facilities. We paid for breakfast separately, and it was very diverse and tasty.

The only thing we did not like was how noisy it was. We stayed at 29th floor and we are not sure where the noise is coming from (sounded like a club). We called reception to ask for ear buds, but they didnt have. I was super surprised to hear so much noise in a room so high up. If you are a light sleeper, that is soemthing to consider.

Clean rooms and spacious. Nice spa and pool facilities.

The free shuttle service didn’t show up in the evening at pick up spot. We called but never got an explanation of what happened. Others had the same issue and had to take a taxi back to the hotel. Also, the internet kept dropping in the room and cable channels didn’t always work.

loved the staff at reception, the housekeepers, and especially the concierge. The gentleman made sure you were well looked after and would go out of their way to translate Thai for me when I got picked up or dropped off from my taxi, motorbike drivers etc. They would always ensure I had the exact address, and let me know how far my destination was etc. The hospitality from all the staff are a credit to the hotel. Makes my stay even more valued as well as comfortable. I’d like to note the refreshments at the front were a nice touch, and perfect especially for the humid weather. View from pool/gym is so tranquil & picturesque, especially catching the Night & Morning Sky’s. Very cool. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you

Room was spacious and clean. Pillow and bed was so comfortable. Good gym facilities. Very centralize. Towards left and right of hotel, are malls within walking distance. Uber convenient. Great for families or people who prefer a more mixed crowd of foreigners. Big Japanese community there and alot of good piazza, burger joints, pubs across and jap restaurant further down the alley near hotel. I absolutely love it. Front desk staff are responsive and nice too. The lobby looks grand and free flow of teas and coffees at the lobby as you lounge.

Breakfast spread could have been more exciting esp the pastries section.. can add more to it. : )

In general, this hotel has been my preferred on every time I go to Bangkok . The Rooms are very big and comfortable so the facilities of the hotel. The breakfast is very good with many alternatives and the Hotel is very clean and has a very nice apeareance .Location is also good. The staff of the hotel has given a very good service every time I return.

I needed to change room twice due to external and internal noises , one of them related to the street noise and the other due to air conditioner. The swimming pool water temperature was cold, something that should not be in this time of the year.

My 5th visit to this hotel. I love staying in thonglor, and this hotel always reminds me of everything I liked in Thonglor. This time I stayed here with my family. Even though I could still smell something from the toilet. My family very much liked the electronic videt which is hard to find in Thailand. They put tubes in the swimming pool area. My old parents can't swim at all. So they used it. It was big enough for adults we enjoyed very much of our time in the swimming pool. Because this hotel is so large, there are always a lot of visitors in the lobby. The restaurants in the breakfast time is always crowded if you look for peaceful alone time, this hotel is not-to-go. However, the price is decent and it is centrally located in the heart of thonglor. I would also like to mention there is a Let's relax spa with Sauna in the same building. Even though they do charge you as far as you do not stay with the Spa package, we also enjoyed that a lot - we just need to take a bath everyday so. Free shuttle from Seven eleven near the thonglor station to the hotel is also very convenient to use.

It is my 5th visit for last 5 years. And I can still smell something from the toilet. It was like this 2 and 3 years ago too. Is it from sewage or from shower? I do not know but I never smell this in so to speak normal 5 star hotels. I know you are busy with many visitors but this needs to be improved. For people who are sensitive to smell, this surely will disqualify this hotel as a 5 star hotel.

Everything was amazing. Facilities and service were exceptional and the staff went above and beyond for you and made sure you were comfortable. Staff always greeted you goodmorning/evening and hello, opened your doors for you and thanked you. Amazing service! Rooms were comfortable and the free snacks and drinks were bonus. Pool was super relaxing to sit around by and swim in. Breakfast buffet had nice selection. The toilet always having bidet and seat warmer was a nice plus! Very happy with our stay

Great rooms (one side can get street noise) washing machines in some floors are fantastic for longer stays. Robes, towels and bed all very comfortable. Pool large and gets sun all day. Gym and spa area great also. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shower great pressure and good temp Control. Housekeeping do a great job.

Food was disappointing, ordered room service few times and was not up to the hotels standard.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very big and had a great view on Bangkok. Location was also pretty convenient next to good restaurants and bars. The facilities were the highlight. The outdoor pool was exceptional with a nice view.

The beds and sofa's were a bit hard in my opinion. The neighbours were also sometimes pretty loud. But that was not the hotel's fault.
