Loved the room, and the included mini bar/snacks. Due to I'm diabetic, couldn't enjoy any of the drinks. maybe replace the sugary drinks with Zero sugar soft drinks should be upon request? The TV Channels were not stable due to the uneven internet, I'm guessing? Uneven internet in the room. great though in the lobby. Staff were great.

Breakfast was average, does not meet the quality of the rest of the hotel. I stayed in 4 and 4+ hotels in Bangkok that offered much better breakfast that you are serving. Due to I stayed for 9 nights at your hotel, the breakfast could be a turning point for me not to choose your hotel again. The worst, was the noddle soap station with cold broth and not so much varieties to chose from. The breakfast could be defiantly improv!

Loved it all!

This hotel was recommended to me by a coworker, and it exceeded my already high expectations! Room was perfect - bidet with warm seat and auto-flush, great tub for soaking (and even hanging up your clothes if you want to wash inside), two automatic blinds (one for blocking out light when you're sleeping, and a shaded one so you can get some light but not too bright during the day). Room service was great, and there was always free water (4 bottles a day!) so never had to buy any. Amenities - gym was fantastic (trainer who helped spot my bench presses! cold towels! iced water! treadmills with little TVs for each one!), pool as well and steam room and sauna inside the gym bathrooms. concierge was great, helped me get taxis, get grab food delivery, get change when I needed it, with luggage, hold luggage after checkout, etc. pretty much anything i needed, they were able to help with! Location - loved the location (close to many great restaurants in Thong Lo / Ekkamai), and the tuk tuk regular service to BTS, and the in-house spa and onsen! Felt very safe walking around and had no problems navigating the city. Will def come back!

The accomodations were beyond my expectations. The gym was was well equipped. The pool area was breathtaking. The sauna was amazing.

The bathroom vanity area could use an additional light.

The room was very comfortable, clean, beautiful interior. Hotel provides a free of charge TukTuk to reach the nearest subway station, which is not very far by walking as well. Hotel is beautiful and has great facilities. We paid for breakfast separately, and it was very diverse and tasty.

The only thing we did not like was how noisy it was. We stayed at 29th floor and we are not sure where the noise is coming from (sounded like a club). We called reception to ask for ear buds, but they didnt have. I was super surprised to hear so much noise in a room so high up. If you are a light sleeper, that is soemthing to consider.

Clean rooms and spacious. Nice spa and pool facilities.

The free shuttle service didn’t show up in the evening at pick up spot. We called but never got an explanation of what happened. Others had the same issue and had to take a taxi back to the hotel. Also, the internet kept dropping in the room and cable channels didn’t always work.

The building is amazinnnnnnning and a fantastic location which you can access many great places with a short walk. It’s my favourite place in Bangkok to stay when I visit as you don’t have to pay or take transport to go somewhere. There’s no prostitution in this area and is really safe and great for couples and family’s.

Hmm that’s a really difficult question… but when you walk out this hotel there are men with vans and cars that run private tours and I know they’re just trying to make money but they charge a lot and you can get much better deals on the application called Grab and I highly recommend this app when travelling to Thailand.

Room was spacious and clean. Pillow and bed was so comfortable. Good gym facilities. Very centralize. Towards left and right of hotel, are malls within walking distance. Uber convenient. Great for families or people who prefer a more mixed crowd of foreigners. Big Japanese community there and alot of good piazza, burger joints, pubs across and jap restaurant further down the alley near hotel. I absolutely love it. Front desk staff are responsive and nice too. The lobby looks grand and free flow of teas and coffees at the lobby as you lounge.

Breakfast spread could have been more exciting esp the pastries section.. can add more to it. : )

We stayed at Grande Centre Point Thong Lo and were genuinely impressed by the level of service and the range of facilities. One of the highlights was the Let's Relax Onsen & Spa, located on the 5th floor of the hotel. The onsen features five different types of baths, including hot springs, a silky bath, soda bath, hydrotherapy bath, and a cold plunge. There are also saunas, steam rooms, heated stone beds, and tranquil relaxation areas. The mineral-rich waters used in the onsen are known for their healing and rejuvenating properties. The rooms are spacious and modern, with panoramic bathrooms offering stunning city views. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel's location in Thong Lo is ideal — surrounded by trendy cafés, restaurants, and shops, and easily accessible via BTS. If you're looking for a place in Bangkok to truly relax and unwind, Grande Centre Point Thong Lo with its unique onsen experience is a fantastic choice.

Fantastic breakfast with lots of options for western or Asian palettes. I particularly loved the Japanese section. The service was great and rooms were comfortable. This area is away from all of the noise and hectic areas of Bangkok and feels safe and upmarket. All tourist destinations can be easily reached by the BTS (10/15 minute walk or free shuttle from hotel) or metro (3 stops along the BTS - you can use your contactless card for this). We had a lovely time!
