Shower power was the best :) Everything was great. Staff always very polite. Rooms clean. Bed comfortable. Towels changed daily. Sheets clean. I would stay again and recommend to family.

Tiny negative was nowhere to put clothes or cases. I stayed for 3 weeks and lived out of my case. I could have done with some storage or hanging area, but, the design of the room did not really accommodate this. But, for the price, no complaints.

The staff was excellent. They all spoke English and were always ready to help. We loved the facility and didn't even leave two of the days we were there. The breakfast available was delicious. The pool was wonderful, and there were a lot of great spaces to work. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We also like the location because it was quiet, away from the craziness of Pattaya. They really did everything perfectly.

The live entertainment is a good idea, but no one seemed to participate so it was just extra noise for no reason. There's plenty of entertainment people can walk to so they can probably do without entertaining at the hotel.

Nice Comfortable bed. Clean. No insects. Good smart TV. The room was a bit basic but very clean and modern. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room cleaned daily. Lots of hot water in the shower and wash basin, with good water pressure. Good Air-conditioning. There is food service at the common area and plenty of comfortable places to sit and lounge. The pool is quite nice.There is a lift to upper floors. You need to always use the key card to activate the lift. Plenty of restaurants, bars, 7-11, massage venues within walking distance. The beach is only a short 5 minute walk. The room is very quiet at night. My week stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable and relaxing.

There is no coffee kettle in the rooms or coffee but they do provide 2 bottles of water daily. There is hot water & coffee available in the common area on the ground floor. Other than that, my only other complaint that I have is the wifi switches on & off quite frequently.

I really liked the great staff: very kind, friendly and responsible. Rooms were cleaned every day, even in 5-star hotels you don't always find this. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, plenty of places to relax or work.

The hotel is designed in such a way that it does not open windows, but this is compensated by the ventilation system and air conditioning. There are no breakfasts in the hotel, but this is compensated by the availability of ready-made meal sets and its own small bar

The location is nice. The staff is very friendly. It is convenient that you can buy food and coffee at the reception. Sometimes there is live music at the reception, which is nice and cool. The room was quiet and there was no noise from outside. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The big shopping mall Terminal 21 is a 10-15 minute walk away with lots of places to eat. The beach is not far away and it is a nice one. The area around the pool is cozy, there are some swings

I saw some insects in a room once. Maybe it was just a coincidence because it happened only one time

We always stay at Cosi during Wonderfruit Festival as it's clean, super comfy, great value for money. Beds, pillows and showers are THE BEST! Nice pool (which we didn't use this year), love that it's walking distance to Wong Amat Beach, Terminal 21, across the road from Savannah Massage (amazing masseuses), tons of local and foreign eateries on the doorstep. Lovely bright natural light in rooms. This is a small, simple and really well done hotel. For us, cleanliness, beds & shower are key.

Some items might need sprucing up bins are a bit old and the showers leak all through the door gap onto bathroom floor -simple to solve if they add rubber guards! Can't let natural light into bedroom without the outside being able to see into your room (so no walking naked if the blind is up!)

Good location , well trained staff, comfortable bed, nice sea view and lots of activities in the hotel.

I really like the property and would like to suggest something about the swimming pool. What I found during my two days stay is the foreigners both adult and children always wash their sleepers in swimming pool. I won’t say which country but not Thai. One day I saw a girl wearing sleepers walking into the pool while her parents got sunbath and say nothing. Another day, I saw a man throwing his son wearing sleepers into the pool. I just think that the hotel should put a multi languages sign refraining them not to do this in the swimming pool where other people swim and can get water in the mouth and eyes. The swimming pool is the place that everyone enjoys together not private place or their own home. Please be considerate.

Rooms very clean, spacious and overall quiet, great for a good night sleep. Staff were friendly, nice setting area outside and pool. With the booking we received a food voucher worth 100 baht which you can spend on food such as crossaints, premade meals and drinks. The reception will also warm this up for you. There is a social area (ping pong table) and laundry room on the second floor which is ideal for travellers.

The dryer in the laundry room just wouldn't work. Fortunately there's a laundrette around the corner (not on Google maps). Other than that our stay was great.

Pet friendly. It was very good experience because hotel was separate quite clear about the floor between pet friendly area floor and no pet area floor, which is make me feel more comfortable for both type of guest even come with pet or no.

There is always come with pro and cons because you will not know the previous guest they come with cat or dog, we have to understand the fact because pet always come with the thing unexpected especially smell of pee even though from cat or dog anyway. It would be great if hotel be able to provide some stuff that support the room for pet friendly such as paper bag, wet tissue or anything that might be benefit etc.

Clean and comfortable for a short stay. Bed very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Modern and slightly different from usual hotel formats.

Breakfast voucher set up with food in open plan Reception area, not really as issue for one night. Our bedroom floor was really dirty, our feet were black! Room quite small with knobs on the wall to hang clothes, no unit with shelves. Not ideal for longer stays but great for an overnight, just our opinion. Seemed popular with younger folks.
