Staff were super friendly and helpful

When the hotels system was hacked, the hotel staff should have immediately called all future bookings to prevent the opening of fake emails. I couldn't get through to the hotel on the phone number to verify and in responding to the fake email before i realised it was fake, put my security at risk. The hackers even sent emails through the Booking.com app. I had to cancel my credit card to be safe, but the staff response when I did finally get through was " just ignore it we've been hacked, your booking is fine". The hotel should have been more proactive with this situation.

Perfect location in the city centre, room and the bed - perfect. Everything I needed, was in there. I took double-bed instead of single bed to be able to sleep better for the same money amount. Delicious breakfast - you can decide in the morning if you want to eat and then pay for it separately. I needed an iron - it is optional to ask the attendant and get it. The curtains were heavy and didn't let sun through, so I could get a good sleep.

I lacked the possibility to open the window and let in fresh air, but that's a minor issue. I was shocked about the amount of night-life, youth outside when it was still around 0* outside, I felt a little uncomfortable, but non of them was looking at me or paying attention, bothering me any-kind, so I may say, it's safe outside. And there are lots of lights outside, so - no dark.

The room with the sauna and jacuzzi was really nice, very spacious and nice that you can open the windows if needed. Very close to the old town and everything, walking distance to the harbour. Edwin (if I remember the name correct) in the reception made our trip even amazing, special thanks to him ☀️

As the room is next to other suites, there were loud noises, partying etc... someone came to knock on our door both nights when we were sleeping, maybe thinking the party was in our room and wanted to join. The breakfast is a memory lane to the 90's, atmosphere wise and the food wise.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I think the value/price ratio is excellent. Without being luxurious, it offers everything that one might need. The bed was firm and comfortable and they provide different size pillows so one can choose which one is best for one's needs. Shower and toilet were great and water pressure excellent. The room was silent and located towards an inner yard that kept outside street noise far. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance from harbour and at the edge of the old town, close to grocery stores and restaurants. I like that the room includes a water boiler and tea. Breakfast (at an additional cost) is also nice.

The room was slightly dated, but not in a way that affected functionality but just style. One thing I would have appreciated is that they curtains would cover better the window to keep the room completely dark for sleeping. It felt that the curtains could have had 10 to 20 cms extra of width for better comfort.

Hotel is well located with supermarkets, restaurants and public transport around. All staff were nice and kind to us, we arrived there at 1pm, which is 2h earlier from check-in, and our room was already ready. We found breakfast complete with all main options, specially the hot ones as we prefer to have an English breakfast, as eggs and bacon, than cereals and bread. The room also has kettle, mugs, tea bags (but not coffee) and a fridge. Mattress is not too hard but not too soft, it was perfect, and bed is very wide. We were both very happy with our choice.

Room could have some instant coffee.

The location was great in relation to the Old Town where most of the sightseeing was and also in proximity to the Port as I was going from there to Tallinn. Facilities were great and very good value for money

Residents in adjoining room were noisy and disruptive. It may be worth employing a guard to ensure people are respectful of other guests. When you are only there a couple of nights you give the benefit of the doubt first time but it shouldn't be down to guests to complain especially when no phones in the room.

This is my go to hotel for one night stay when travelling without my dog (as pets are not permitted here) or car (no handy free of charge parking opportunities nearby): Affordable, absolutely love the location: in the midst of everything, a nice supermarket across the street, yet calm location, can't hear any noises from the street. Also always super clean (important!) and there is a kettle in the room :). Staff has always been friendly :). Basically it has everything I need to make my stay comfortable and effortless :). Also rooms are spacious!

Bed is ok, a bit soft. Quite thin walls, so noises from other rooms and from the hallway come through. Nothing major so far yet though. It has always been very calm in the hotel in general during my stays.

The hotel and rooms were just as described. Some of the reviews suggested that it was noisy, but this was NOT my experience - there was no noise from outside or from other rooms (at least not enough to keep me awake and certainly not enough to wake me up). Staff were helpful and spoke good English.

The breakfast was chaotic. The Coffee machine broke the first morning and the waffle machine was troublesome the second morning. All the electrical gear (including a toaster) were crammed in to a small corner so people who wanted toast or waffles or coffee were crammed in to a corner to queue. The breakfast was adequate but not outstanding.

We loved the beautiful room! We stayed in the suite with sauna and it was amazing. The room looks exactly as in pictures and is very spacious and charming with the pitched roof (just be aware when you go to the bed because the ceiling is low on one side). The sauna works well and we enjoyed sitting there in the evenings. Highly recommend. Also liked the bed, very comfortable. Nice view. The breakfast was simple, not much to choose between, but it was okay. Is is possible to leave the bags at the hotel efter check out if needed. The location is really good. Several restaurants and supermarkets just outside the hotel and only a few minutes walk and you are in the center of the old town.

We could hear some noises from outside in the evening, it's not really a busy street but some people and cars are passing by. Although, we were not very bothered by it and had no problem at all to sleep.

The room was a cosy, with a very comfy bed, and included facilities such as a good shower, a handy fridge, and space to put my things next to my bed; also worth noting I had no issues with the WiFi! Outside the hotel were small shops and restaurants, with good options for if you wanted something easy to eat, and within 5 minutes of walking, you were at the Viru Gates at the edge of the Old Town, so the location was fantastic. Margit on the reception desk was incredibly helpful, and couldn't do enough to help you enjoy your time in Tallinn, so you should consider yourself lucky to meet her and have her guidance!

The shower was good, but not great. Also the breakfast options weren't huge, however I enjoyed what I ate.
