Great location, very close to the Old Town central square, (7 min. walk). Generously sized room & bathroom, well heated. Breakfast with varied and plentiful products. Excellent restaurant on the ground floor. Friendly and very helpful staff in the lobby and breakfast room.

Three months in advanceI I asked for a room on a high floor, overlooking the old town, and the hotel did not meet that request. In a four-night stay, the room was only cleaned and vacuumed one day. The beds were only made by the staff once.

- Great position, just inside the wall, at 100m from the main square of the old town - Nice room with city view, if you are at the front side of the hotel - Breakfast is just ok (but nothing more)

- We stayed 1 night in a room at the rear side. The room itself was ok but you see just a great wall few meters from your window and we could not sleep because (it was saturday night) of a bum-bum-bum all night long (at least till 5 a.m. then we asked to change and on the front side and it was ok, you have a view of the city and it was quiet. - Mattress too soft

Great location close to the gate and inside the walls of the old town, a few metres from the pedestrian street, but tucked away, so it is free from the hustle and bustle. Large spacious room and bathroom. Very efficient check-in and out. Very good wifi. Breakfast was OK and until 10.30 (most hotels until 10.00) and check out at 12.00 o clock (new trend is until 11.00). Proper space to hang and store your clothes, no minimalistic design here (thank you!). Fridge in room. Good pillows.

Twin beds have seen better days and could be 90 cm wide, instead of 80 cm. In-room safe box was missing in my room.

Is in a great location in the old town. Had a nice view with room being at the front of the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast not bad.

There was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom. Rooms could do with a bit of TLC. No tea/coffee making facilities. There wasn’t enough curtains to go across all the windows.

Excellent location- the hotel is right in the heart of the old town. Good, spacious facilities, great breakfast choices.

The staff was so cold and bleak that we were afraid that they are in deep mourning about lost colleague or something. Not a single smile or usual welcoming attitude as we experienced in Estonia before.

This hotel is in an excellent location - it is easy to get to the Old town while accessible to transit. Breakfast has a good choice of produce and staff is attentive. There are ample restaurants in the area and reaching it from the airport is easy. One of the fortification wall is right next to it.

While indicating in at least 3 emails that I would arrive at 1 am, there was no one at reception. It took over 15 minutes of ringing and calling before someone appeared which caused me a lot of stress. The walls are paper thin - if you are an early riser no problem then with the loud conversations of the staff in the morning and the weekends are tricky because the club music is as if it was in your room (but I still managed to sleep).

The hotel is situated right in the old town, so it is in a great location. The hotel is nice and the staff were friendly. The room was pretty good and the shower was very good, with loads of room. The food at breakfast wasn't too bad and the coffee from the machine was pretty good.

I was disappointed to find out that there is no safe in the room, unless you pay for an upgraded room. I'm this day and age I think everyone expects a safe to be provided, no matter what your room rate is? The bed wasn't great either. It seemed to be a fairly cheap mattress with two mattress toppers on each side of the bed. My wife didn't find it very comfortable. She said it was too soft, although I have to say that I quite liked it.

A wonderful stay as always; see previous reviews! Private sauna, spa bath, view of the old town, highly recommend room 507! Check-in and check-out quick and easy, was able to leave my luggage for free on the last day. Everything in the room worked properly, no issue with figuring out the sauna (instructions are provided). The mini-fridge sounded like it wasn't plugged in but it was definitely working so I guess it's just really really quiet which was nice. I also really liked the cleaning service; maybe a bit lax for some as they didn't actually clean anything but I loved how non-intrusive they were, usually at other hotels they meddle with your belongings and stuff can go missing but here they just changed the towels and replenished the toilet rolls and left my things alone which is all I wanted! Other guests could be a bit rowdy and loud but not really a problem as the hotel provides earplugs, already left in your room so you don't even have to request them. Brilliant hotel, wish I could have stayed longer

So nearly perfect but the bed sagged pretty badly in the middle (well, in the middle of one of the two mattresses pushed together to form a double) so it was difficult to get comfortable and the room itself is a bit tatty as the hotel is getting on and could do with freshening up, that's the only reason this isn't a 10/10 review, but for the price I paid it's still worth a 9/10 and I'd stay here again! Also two singles being pushed together to make a double means you get two separate duvets which would be useful for couples!

Good price and location. Inside the Old City, close to ferry port and train station. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good.

The tables in the breakfast area were dirty. Not much of a view.

Perfect location, walking distance in all directions of an old town, 6-7 min walk to the bus stop going directly to the airport. Decent breakfast (not too much choice but enough, big plus for fresh veggies (carrots, celery, etc) and paper cups for tea or coffee to take away. I was not travelling by car but the parking lot seems spacious (there is a fee though) Nice staff. Fridge in the room.

No tea/coffee/kettle in the room, but I got a kettle when I asked (I had a bit of a cold). So that works! The building and the room is already a bit worn out, carpet a bit stained (probably waiting for the replacement) but nevertheless everything is cleaned properly. Breakfast arrangement (the table) that creates a crowd of people in the corner table, everybody hanging over open plates... not super higenic... I know there is limited space but try to think of making a straight line or use the corner for containers with lids / toster / etc.
