Lovely, helpful staff. Comfortable room, great bed and spotlessly clean. Great location between trendy Rotermann quarter and picturesque Old Town, and on No.2 bus route from airport. Good value considering the quality.

Will be better when road works outside hotel are completed and taxi rank reinstated.

I'd dock maybe just a half star for the towels being very worn and flimsy but it wasn't a big issue. The tea and coffee supplies in the room were only enough for 1 day but rooms aren't served every day so more supplies needed and the "indoor fitness track"...... No joke..... it's the stairwell! 🤣. All that aside we did feel that this was a fantastic location, good sized clean room and one of the best breakfasts I've come across in all my travels. I will return and I would definitely recommend it.

Its a very nice hotel, located just few minutes walk from the old town. Hotel has lovely big bar, very cozy lobby/sitting area and nice breakfast/dinner restaurant. Room service is working well too :) . Very comfortable room size and comfy bed! Sauna area is a very nice bonus for the winter travelers.

We had a issue with the room temperature/heating (the heaters didn't work). It was beginning of December and the temperature outside was below zero and you could feel cold air in the room. At some point the issue was resolved by front office and I have to say all this situation was handled well by the hotel stuff. Additionally water pressure in the sower is way to low.

Location was great, you have a shopping mall "Viru Keskus" right opposite the hotel. Then on the other side of the road you have another shopping centre which has a cheaper supermarket called "Rimi". It was 5mins away from the old town by foot. Staff were helpful and polite. Will be staying in this hotel in future. I stayed at 5* Swissotel previously, and I think I prefer this 4* hotel instead. Had mini kids room which my daughter loved. We had Deluxe room which we really liked, I don't think I would of liked basic rooms.

The room was clean, the bed comfy and the daylight bathroom really nice. In addition, the breakfast buffet was rich and very tasty. From local black bread, hering and porridge over scrambled eggs to grilled tomatoes and pancakes you could have whatever your heart desires. Definitely 10 points :) We also enjoyed the cozy bar and lounge area on the groundfloor in the evening, with a good cocktail and book :) Also to mention is the location right next to the city centre. There where also 2 tramway stops right next to the building, with one giving a direct connection to the Noblessner area and the Iglubaar.

We received a message indicating there was an indoor fitness track but upon arrival we where told there is non. This was really a pity as we brought our stuff with us and had plans on hitting it. Some additional space to open your luggage would be nice, as the space in our room was limited to put our one large travel backpack.

The hotel was just minutes away from the city centre, with a very convenient café just next to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and a good size for a double room. Although our room looked onto a shopping centre across the road, at night it was very quiet.

The curtains in our room did not join sufficiently to block out the light coming in from the street, leaving the room not completely dark.

We had a great stay at Tallink City Hotel — the room was perfect for a family with two kids, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the lovely city view and the family-friendly lounge near the restaurant where we could relax with our child.

There was really nothing we didn’t like — everything was well thought out and comfortable, leaving us with no wishes unmet.

The entire structure is very nice and cozy, clean and modern. The location is perfect, close to the airport and all the attractions.

We’ve been stayed for 2 nights and they didn’t clean the room and change the towels after the first night. The staff, specially the one of the restaurant, was rude… Only when they realized that we were able to spend more money (2/3 plate each person and bottle of wine) they started to be nice.

Everything was wonderful as it’s always been at this hotel. The minuses were just small things like that I was missing pieces of fresh fruit at the breakfast and as I had a room for three people would have been nice to have three bathrobes, slippers, cups etc. instead of just two. Would feel more considered as a family of three that way.

Had to ask the cleaners for new washed tea cups on the second day. This kind of thing should be part of the basic cleaning routine.

The room was well prepared. Easy check in and clever use of facilities as in an ironing room and indoor exercise track i e. The stairs! I enjoyed my stay and it is very convenient for the cinema, shopping, old town and port ferries if you don't have too much luggage.

Certain times of the day one of three tiny lifts was out of order. No decaf coffee or creamer in the room. Cleaning every two days if that bothers you.
