Friendly and cheerful personnel. Quick check-in and check-out. Free taxi service from the airport. Practical location, walking distance to the Old Town and Viru Keskus, Solaris, Nautica shopping malls. Single apartment room is not big, but big enough to accommodate small kitchenette and a desk/dining table. TV offers good number of channels in foreign languages. WiFi is stable and has a good speed. Room cleaning performed frequently, towels are changed on a daily basis. Electronic room key is used. Long radiator along window side wall, allows quickly adjust temperature as you want, and not depend on central system, which is appreciated, especially during winter time. Coffee and vending machine on the 1st floor, at the elevator area. Enjoyed every day of my week long stay.

The room, perhaps, not fully sound proof, as one can clearly hear music when there is an event in the hotel´s restaurant. It didn't bother me, even enjoyed the choice of music of that party.

One of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I have stayed at. The fridge and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle, cooker and cutlery fulfilled all the needs, the wifi and the TV worked very well. The bed was also very comfortable and the whole room was well and nicely designed. The bathroom was small but elegant and sufficient. There was also an iron available in the corridor if needed. The location was good,, about 10 mins walk from the city centre and 20 mins walk from the bus station. And the check-out time was very decent too (12.00 noon). I would certainly stay there again.

I was very happy with the stay. But to make it even better I would add some small shelf in the bathroom, because I had nowhere to put my toiletry bag. Also a lack of a wardrobe was a slight disadvantage (there was a hanger and a few shelves, though). On the whole, the walls were not very sound-proof, so I could hear all the movement outside the room. The surroundings may not have been the most attractive (a car park and an interesting lonely old chimney), but it was not an issue at all for me.

The hotel was right next to the old town, the ferry terminal, a big supermarket, and public transit. It also had a very basic little kitchenette, TV, comfy beds, and a front desk.

It was hard to find because it’s actually in a courtyard located behind its street address so it took me about 15 minutes to figure it out. The directions that the booking.com map gave me via public transit were also inaccurate: the bus from the airport drops you off about 10 minutes away, due to construction on the direct tram line. You can actually transfer to the correct tram at the previous stop and then you can get off at the stop that’s 300m from the hotel, Ask the hotel directly for the correct directions.

Great location - just a few blocks outside Tallinn’s beautiful Old Town & all the tram lines to other parts of the city run from the street in front of the hotel. Easy check-in/check-out. Really comfortable mattresses and strong WiFi. Having the little kitchenette in the room was also really useful.

Showers mostly good & hot, but a couple of times only lukewarm. Huge pillows, which is probably fine if you sleep on your back, but they’re very big for front or side sleepers. Offering a flatter option of pillow too would be a good idea.

(Next hotel I booked in old town for double price, parking also double price. 5-7 min. walking from parking with suitcase(For double price more comfort was expected)) 3. 10 min. walking to Helsinki ferry terminal. 4. Small kithen corner for breakfast and snack making, if You want can also cook. ( Hotel doesn't have dinning room) 5. 10min. walking to old town. 6. We took this hotel for one day trip to Helsinki, previous evening and next day walk in Tallinn old town. Perfect match for this purpose. 7. For the price room was clean, equipped, refregerator, hair dryer, iron in hall if someone need. design good (not fancy).

Everything needed for a comfortable short-term stay at the very centre of Tallinn, with no particular need to use public transport. Reasonably spacious, with a mini kitchen and windows to the backyard (as seen on the picture) was all that I wanted! Cleanliness and quietness of the place added to the comfort. Easy check-in and check-out procedures, good price for the offer. I liked that the hotel has a reception desk - a friendly receptionist at the property in the age of digitalisation and self check-in apartments is much appreciated.

It was a bit tricky to find the place at first, but Google navigator helped to deal with it :)

Receptionist was extremely friendly, good customer service. Room was spacious, little kitchen was really good add to the room. Location near harbour Is supergood. Possibility to buy little snacks and lemodade from the vending machine also there was coffee machine at least in our floor (probably every floor). Definitely coming back again, it was so much better than we expected. .

Hotels location near harbour is good, but the surroundings are quite spike. Theres only a parking lot and other buildings. I didnt even dream of opening the curtains of our room because there was another buildings with windows facing ours just a few meters away. No breakfast available, but little kitchen In the room with microwave and fridge saved the situation.

Cheap hotel, comfy bed, good wifi, didn't stay here much asides from sleeping as I was busy doing other things in Tallinn

On the first night of stay the staff making up the room next to mine were dragging around the furniture to move it and as a result this woke me up at 8am. I would recommend the hotel either lays down carpets or affixes noise cancelling things on the bottom of furniture so that cleaners are not waking up the entire hotel while doing their job.

The room had a small kitchenette with a small stove, fridge, kettle, kitchen wares, etc. the size of the room is also quite comfortable. The place is very clean and looked new as well. The hotel is located in the center of Tallin, so mainly all attractions are in walking distance. The port is reachable within 10 minutes.

They don’t have 24/7 reception. On Saturday night at 3AM I was woken up by drunk people outside yelling in the parking lot, so an available reception could have controlled this situation not waking up the guests in the middle of the night.
