She went above and beyond to assist me with any questions I had and provided invaluable information about the local attractions and navigating the area. Her exceptional training and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my interactions with her.

The hotel was excellent. The rooms and breakfast exceeded my expectations and the location was a short walk from many restaurant and bar options, shopping (including groceries), and the old town.

There were two check-in lines when I arrived: My check-in staff was grumpy, provided no information about the hotel, and did not offer the bottle of water advertised on a sign at the check-in until as I asked. Her attitude was all the more noticeable because the gentleman manning the next line over was enthusiastic, energetic, and provided the customers in his line with all the necessary information. At least I could overhear what he was saying! Everyone else I interacted with at the hotel was friendly, too.

Room, bathroom nice and clean, friendly. One staff made coffee for me free so I didn't have to pay the whole breakfast fee just to get a coffee and cookie. So nice. Overall very good experience

The hot tub and sauna was $40 per hour for 1 group to go in. I wish it was either included in our stay or it was a lot cheaper, and not timed to hours. Just entry and then however long you want to stay. Also wish they had breakfast open a little longer, maybe until 11 instead of close at 10. Or at least not clean everything up right at 10, just close the entry at that time. Also we got 2 beds pushed together instead of 1 queen, and they were comfy but there was a line in the middle, which was kinda weird but it worked. And we still slept well.

The location was outstanding, very easy to find coming from airport just walk straight for 10 mins ,it was very close to the viru gate less than 10 mins walk , surrounded by the rotterman quarter shopping centres ,great public transport link the bus stop was just across the road,the staff were very kind and helpful ,the bed was very comfortable the breakfast was fairly comprehensive with the usual selection of item.

Very minor issues the room could have had better lighting it was a bit dark,I couldn't get the TV working but it might have been just me,the bacon was a little greasy. Very minor issues

I stayed at the hotel with my son for a short one-day trip to spend some quality time together. I chose this hotel because I thought he would enjoy it — and he absolutely did! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. As a nice surprise, he also received a small gift at check-in. We had such a great experience that my son asked to return to Tallinn for his birthday — and to stay at this same hotel again. We’re actually doing that tomorrow! So, you definitely won my child over — and a happy child means a happy parent. 😊

Beds were comfy, very nice sheets, also superior room is spacious and in room dont hear much from neighbors. shower was great, nice water pressure

we had two rooms of the same type. We were placed very far from each other and one was nicely supplied with free water, gift candies and tea kettle, but the other had none of that. the WC seat had yellow stains that were permanent. checkin was unnecessarily long wait. better trained staff would have been faster. most of the papers could have been prepared in advance. and that SPAM that was coming from hotel on booking app -that was by far too much and too often

My room, which the Receptionist told me had been slightly upgraded, was large, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great - the buffet offered everything I wanted and more. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was tired after a day's walking and really appreciated the lovely food available at the bar in the evening. The location was perfect for me: easy walking distance to the Old Town and to the ferry port, and only a couple of minutes to the tram that takes you to Kadriorg Park.

You can't go wrong with a Radisson. We have stayed here before (and in many other Radissons). Last time were upgraded to a suite. This time we got a very nice room, which we ordered. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious. We arrived late because we came from the airport. The price is better than the airport hotel and the room is far more comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! There are many options and everything is marked to indicate allergies, so you don't have to ask anyone. That is so convenient. The breakfast area is clean and bright. The hotel in a short walk to a tram, making it easy to move around Tallinn.

We were initially given a room with two seperate beds. We had to ask for a room with a double bed and reception made the switch quickly. This was not an issue and indeed, if we had arrived at a normal time, I am sure reception would have given us such a room in the beginning.

The breakfast was great with many hot (e.g. eggs, meatballs, bacon, sausages, potato patties) and cold options to choose with, although sometimes you had to wait for a while to get the containers refilled - the ciabatta especially seemed to run out quickly. The juice assortment wasn't very impressive, but two automatic coffee machines serving ristretto, cappuccino, latte macchiato and the likes made up for it. The location of the hotel was nice in itself, but the ongoing roadworks made it surprisingly hard to reach.

The air conditioning system was too hard to operate with the provided instructions, and it seemed to switch off at night, resulting with very hot room temperature. A visit at the reception desk would surely have solved this problem, but there seemed to be people queuing at all times and we preferred not to spend time waiting in line.

The breakfast was great with a lots of variety of options and there was seats available. The price-quality ratio was fine. There was a Kettle in the room.

The bed could have been softer. The water was leaking under the showerdoor all the way to the bathroom floor and the shower door was not very practical. The room was a small, little bit too warm and there was no proper air-ventilation in the room, no key for opening the windows. No available free coffee or tea from the hotel lounge after the breakfast time.
