Very well located, particularly if arriving by ferry as only a few minutes walk from the terminal. The walk to the lovely Old Town is around 15 minutes and there are frequent buses to most places from the terminal or from a street stop just 5 minutes away. Single bus/tram tickets are just €2. My room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good choice of hot and cold food and was very good. It's a good base for a visit to Tallinn.

Unfortunately the sound proofing for the rooms is very poor and you can hear your neighbours quite clearly. Worst of all, the rooms have wooden floors and when people use the chairs in the rooms the noise of them scraping the floor is really loud. You are dependant upon your neighbours being really considerate and unfortunately mine were not.

The location is literally perfect. Not very far from the Old Town, nearby there is a shopping centre and some good restaurants. If there is no parking place in front of the entrance, you can park your car in the port parking just for 6€ per 24h. Port is right next to hotel. As we went for breakfast at around 9:10-9:20 (on working days it’s until 10:00) the restaurant was crowded and it was uncomfortable and cramped near the buffet, probably if you go earlier and the hotel isn’t fully booked, then it will be more comfortable and free. However, check-in was very quick and easy, no lines at all.

Being from the UK, I think the hotel remined me of a Premier inn. Good price, practical and Functional. Bedrooms where very clean, comfortable beds, not fancy but did the job. Lovely breakfast room and Reception Area. Buffet breakfast was very good with both hot and cold selections, Excellent Coffee, far better than most coffee shops. Staff where friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. Happily stay again.

Nothing really, but a kettle and coffee in the rooms would be nice.

The location was convenient for those arriving by ferry as it was right next to the ferry terminal. It was also very close to the airport (about a 15 min taxi ride). The hotel itself was very new, modern and classy. The blue decor made it very soothing to the eye. The room itself was also very clean and the bathroom was nice and spacious with towels included. The included breakfast buffet was quite good and had nice fresh hot food and pastries. Some of the reception staff were very friendly and gave us good food recommendations. Check out time was 12pm which was later than most places.

The breakfast could have more hot options and breakfast service could end later (it ended at 10am, and we thought it ended at 11am as we weren't aware Easter Monday wasn't a public holiday which would then mean it ended at 11am). It would be nice if the bathroom included soap and shampoo/conditioner. Only one pillow was provided per bed. One of the receptionists was very unhelpful and rather unfriendly and gave us misleading information about whether st Olaf’s church was open after she reluctantly googled it (not sure if she even did, she seemed very unwilling to even help us). The location was maybe a bit far from the old town (a 20 min walk) but not too bad.

The hotel is conveniently located (next to the seaport terminal D), especially if one comes late in the evening by ferry. The old town is also reachable within cca 20 min walk. There is a mid-sized mall close where one can buy even meals (cold and warm buffet) in a big supermarket. The hotel is quite and clean, with very good good breakfast of decent choice (the coffee is excellent) served.

Tha bathroom is compact, small and clean, but while taking a shower, the whole is flooded with water (due to a short glass barrier) which can be very annoying. Also, upon arrival in my room a bed smell was coming from the toilette.

The location is excellent, just opposite D-tterminal. We arrived with mege star, it's so easy go to dropped bags and start to moving around. There is one shopping mall near by and rimi supermarket you can find anything you need it. To the old town the walking distance is about 20 minutes. Anything else is near by the old town.. breakfast to me is enough good. I paid 64e for 2 person including the breakfast, I'm very happy with the price and the room. The girls works there is friendly and nice. There is no fridge in the room, but to me is ok, we were just one night here, we spent most time in the restaurant, shopping mall and old town, we are now sit in the room rest, so we don't need it.

Nice and spacious room, good storage options for clothes and suitcase. One very lovely lady at the front desk, others okay. Breakfast good, nice location. I loved the location in the harbour area, great for runs along the shore. You can walk into town. Terminal D literally across the road, Terminal A about 10 min walk with luggage on smooth surfaces. My room was facing towards the ships and I could see them load and unload but didn't hear anything, no noises etc. Very quiet at night.

No fridge in the room but the staff kindly put some things like yogurt in the hotel fridge. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, the windows could not be opened very far, so I had a bit of a hard time with heat/sound of air conditioning.

The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently situated near public transportation. Its proximity to Terminal D made traveling to Helsinki via Tallink ferry very easy. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of choices and a good selection of juices. The room, however, was excessively warm, even with the heating turned off during the winter season. The availability of a luggage room on the last day was a great convenience.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the hotel itself is also good. :) And it is good also, that there is an option for free parking! Breakfast was also ok!

The only real bad thing was the bed. The bed was very very hard, we stayed there 2 nights and our backs hurt the whole time. This is the reason why I was tired the whole weekend in Tallinn, i did not get almost any sleep and my body was stiff and hurt all the time. :( Also there was only one very thin pillow per person, luckily we got one more at the reception upon asking.

The location is really good, especially for those who travel by ferries to Helsinki and elswhere. And the Old Town Harbour is an amazing place with a shopping mall and restaurants within a few steps. The room was basic, for me too basic, but OK. What I was surprised with was an open Wi-Fi without any securing password... The bed was comfy. Breakfast good, very tasty yoghurt, good cofee.

Well, as I mentioned above, you will find nothing in your room, but beds, table some hangers. No coffee or tee making facilities, no water, nothing. I mean, it is a 3 star, so something like that should be there.
