The spa was big and had different types of saunas. I specially liked the salt sauna. Breakfast was also nice with variety of options.

The juice at breakfast table was disappointment. The spa was too crowded on Friday evening end felt more like a public pool rather than a spa. I think they should limit the number of guests in the spa that are not hotel guests. We flew all the way to enjoy the spa for one evening and the spa was so crowded and loud ( the loundness came from the guests) that it was not relaxing at all.

Comfy room. Standard two beds for couple. For children's expandable sofa. A bit trouble was on first night to get them sleep. Fantastic bathroom. Fantastic, would say the best breakfast what I had. Lot of food to choose. Multiple juices. For children's lot of snacks, really delicious ice cream. Coffee almost the same as everywhere. Not really bad Robusta. SPA was over expectations. Ask on counter for swimming glasses for children's. They are for free. Really warm garage for car. Really warm personal.

A bit hard to find garage. Expected that sign of free places would be on the side of building, but is "hid" inside entrance road. Self check-in/check-out good but there is some mystical code which I should be received. Checked on the counter. Need to have some instruction somewhere in SPA how to open/close lockers. Children lost their robe as forgot number where he putted in. My be some vegetable or animal on the locker door?

It was nice and clean. I really liked the Rituals bath supplies. There was everything we needed. We could have chosen all kinds of pillows, which we didn’t, that’s a pitty. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool bar was cool. Food was good. Parking was under the hotel, which was comfortable (especially during winter), but it was quite expensive (25€/24h).

SPA is a little “tired”. My kid stepped on smth in the pool and cut his toe.. I really don’t know if it was a missing tile or some sharp object, but there was quite a lot of blood and we had to leave. Breakfast was very crowded, so I’d go earlier next time (times according to busyness are given).

The spa was great and the room was as described. The staff was welcoming.

The outside portion of the spa was sadly closed, which is understandable during the winter but also sad. I wish the staff wouldve helped with the breakfast in room option that was available for our suite, so we missed that since we didn’t know how it worked. Also the staff shooed away my boyfriend who was waiting in the lobby for the ship. He had paid for the stay and was still told to leave when sitting in the lounge area with his luggage. Also the staff was a bit standoffish and rude when asked about the option for a late checkout.

There was an unexpected upgrade to Deluxe room which was a nice surprise. Great breakfast options, lovely unlimited access to pools and saunas. Enjoying outside pool after sauna was amazing! It was pretty awesome, especially considering the unpredictable Estonian weather - once it started raining and you didn't feel like going out, you could just enjoy some relaxing in the spa area. And once the weather was okay, the city centre was within few minutes of walk. It's been a while I've had such a great stay, I'll definitely come back again!

The shower areas in male locker rooms (before entering the spa section) could use an air freshener or something. But since you just "pass" through it, it was a minor inconvenience.

Very great hotel compared with location and price. The hotel is only 15 minutes away from the old city. The beds were super comfortable and nice, also you can choose to order from pillows that you like. Room was super clean and 90% new. The view from our room was really stunning with view of the port and the sea. TV was working great with plenty of programs in english. WiFi was fast and easy to access. Stuff of the hotel was super friendly and nice. Breakfast had plenty of food to choose from and it had great taste and quality. The wellness was included in room so it was very nice, water was warm and there was a bar where you can order drinks from. Can't forget the sauna not 1 more like 5 of them. Would recommend the hotel by all 10 fingers. We would definitely come back to this lovely place again any time we will be in this city.

The automatic self check in wasn't working for me it showed me some kind of error but the stuff of the hotel helped me right away and they done it on their own PC at the desk without any problems. So this is not a disadvantage just a small inconvenience.

Spa facilities were brilliant, loads of different saunas and several pools. Plenty of seating, and an in-pool bar with the entry-bracelet system meaning you didn't need anything with you. Location was literally 2 minutes walk from the port, perfect for ferry trips. Less than 30 mins from airport, by bus. Only 10 minutes walk from Old town, 5 minutes from the Nautica shopping centre, and great transport links (tram line being extended during my stay) TV had Netflix built in, wifi was good throughout the building, dinner in the restaurant was good, breakfast was good (waffle machine!), staff were really helpful. Safe area, easy to navigate without knowing any Estonian.

My only criticism (and it's minor) is that the spa restaurant lunch buffet didn't have a lot for vegetarians.

We enjoyed the many different saunas and the spa area overall. Our room hade a nice, comfy bed. The vast sortiment of breakfast foods was great and the friendly staff was a big plus too. Great location close to the ferry.

Didn't like the view of our room: our room was located on the second floor and pretty much the only thing we saw from our window was a roof with moss on it. We had the premium room and my friend who was staying at the hotel at the same time had the standard single room, but hers had despite the cheaper price point a far more superior view overlooking the outside pool and even a small balcony.

Great location, very delicious breakfast with everything (even ice cream with self-cooked waffle), breakfast food was quickly renewed if plates were empty, hotel staff was helpful. Small, nice room with comfortable bed and pillows (pillows can be placed by the form you need), shower, 3in1 shower gel/ shampoo/ soap in a large bottle, bathrobes, slippers, towels (if you need to change them just ask the staff), very good curtains without letting in sun light in the room, air conditioner worked well. Hotel surrounding was very quiet, also in the room was very quiet. Spa was very good, a lot of +40 degrees wet saunas, one sauna with +80 D. and in both changing rooms +95 D. saunas, 1 pool with option to swim outside, 1 pool with bar (where makes delicious cocktails), 2 bubble baths, kid pool, small pool, some sitting bubble chairs, two inflatable balls for kids to play. The only thing hotel needs to improve in spa is the step near spa bar because quite a lot of people didn’t see it, hurt legs and fell down in water. Spa appearance was beautiful with Ancient Rome statuettes. Overall very good experience!

We really enjoyed the swimming pool. My daughter did not like to get off from the pool. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The hotel respects the religious culture of the customers. Over all, everything was excellent and fantastic. I can recommend this hotel to my friends who are planning to visit Tallinn.

There are no available shampoo and toothpaste in the shower room. We did not bring with us because we thought that it would be available but unfortunately it was not. So we need to buy one. It would be better if it is available or there is a notice in the booking page about this so we can prepare earlier.
