Very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. We were upgraded to double room from small double room which we really appreciated as the price we paid for a small one was even cheaper than for a standard room so we got a great view and pretty spacious room instead than one we booked. Although check-in is automated, the staff at the box office is really nice. Pretty cheap parking in the underground parking lot was nice. Short walking distance to the uptown and old town.

The restaurant for a la carte breakfast was pretty jammed every morning. The food was great but the staff was not doing well. It was a chaotic service from long waiting time to forgetting a meal. The stay was really overpriced for the day of the concert that took place on Tallinn, one night was four times more expensive.

I liked the location close to the ferry terminal and within walking distance to the Old Town and Kalamaja neighborhood. The room was comfortable and the working spaces were nice and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The laundry is expensive at €20 to wash & dry a small load. There was a strong odor coming from the bathroom when I arrived, but I talked to the receptionist and she was super helpful. A housekeeper was able to resolve the issue with a solution that is poured into a trap in the shower. I’m just glad I asked because the smell was very off putting and I was initially disappointed, unsure why it smelled or if there was anything that could be done to fix it.

Citybox u have a lifelong fan! I loved this stay. Everything was clean, the digital checkin/luggage storage/facilities all worked without a fault, and the location is stunning. I stayed first with a friend in a twin room, with a harbour view (for less than £40 a night, pretty good deal!), and later in a single atrium room. Both were toasty warm, heated floors in the bathrooms and literally spotless. The storage hooks around the room were perfect for someone like me, who tends to leave things if they're stashed in cupboards or shelving that's out of sight, out of mind. Plus the fantastic cafe LouLou is attached to the hotel - 10% off for Citybox guests and a wonderful ambience along with their brunch/lunch menu. This was my first visit to Tallinn and I would love to come back for another stay :)

The location was perfect for my purposes. The room was small but functional and spotlessly clean. The showers were excellent! I had a couple of breakfasts in the cafe on the ground floor, which were very good.

The room was quite small, with no wardrobe, bedside table or drawers. Just hooks along the wall and two shelves - one above the bed, the other running along the window. As I was travelling light, this didn't matter. If you're coming with a lot of stuff, this may not be the hotel for you! Also, the mattress was quite soft, in case you prefer firmer mattresses like me. The pillows were somewhat square-shaped, so my head kept rolling off it at night - but this is a small quibble.

The room was bright, clean, soundproof and the bed was very comfortable. One of the highlights is the lobby area on each floor, well set up with sofas and board games, perfect for relaxing. Late checkout is also available, which is a great bonus. The location is good: very close to the port and a shopping mall, and not too far from the city center. A restaurant is also available on the ground flood (called LouLou), which is a bit pricey, but the food is very good.

I didn’t love the open shower design and the fact that the room doors don’t have stoppers (they tend to slam if not closed carefully). The room is quite basic, with no fridge and no proper wardrobe, just some open shelving. But the hotel compensates with many extra services that make the stay efficient and pleasant.

Breakfast has 5 different options all of them very tasty Parking place Near to the old town and just in front of the port to Helsinki Very modern recommended especially for young people but not only No TV set in the rooms (I liked that)just one to the first floor that is like relaxing place there is also a table for playing ping pong

In case you park your car in the underground garage you have to pay on your arrival immediately in the machine. The cost is 10€ per day. I didn't notice that as I thought I have to pay when I will leave the parking and the penalty is 55€or 40€ if you pay in three days period. Unfortunately nobody from the reception informed me about that.

Not the hotels fault they have fridges in the kitchen for you to store food /drinks just put your room number on them which we did next night my husband went to get his beer someone had taken it and drunk it😳😡

The location was very central, within walking distance to the old town and seaside. The hotel has a very modern design, with a lounge where you can spend time. The breakfast was filling and delicious.

There is no window that you can open in the single room but only a small window-like glass. Therefore, no fresh air from outside. The hotel has its own ventilation system but you cannot adjust it as you wish, temperature determined by the hotel and the air conditioner works at that temperature. The constant cool blowing of the air conditioner was disturbing. In addition, the room walls are dark gray and feels gloomy because there is no sunlight.

Street, Place, rooms and everywhere in hotel was amazing. Lobby personal was lovely, smiling and help me about everything.

Everything about this place is perfect—modernly designed, spacious, and all amenities are there. It exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. When I first booked the property, I assumed it would be "just another city stay at this budget price"... but no—we were pleasantly surprised! Although it uses self check-in via kiosks, the process was straightforward and easy, with no issues at all. The space is thoughtfully designed and perfectly lit. The room was very spacious and clean, and the same goes for the bathrooms. The common areas are also vast, beautiful, and functional—plenty of room to relax or hang out. Location-wise, it's spot on—very close to the old town square. They even offer discounts at many eateries around town, so be sure to check their QR code or website for deals. The restaurant next door also serves a fantastic breakfast menu. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like—it’s one of the best stays we've had!
