Absolutely quite. No need for interaction with the staff or other guests. Fridge in the room. Large room with comfortable beds. Less than 5 minutes walk to the ferry terminal.

I looked at the breakfast offer and didn't find it at all attractive. 15 EUR was far too much for what I could see on offer so I organised my own breakfast from the supermarket. The hotel is in the middle of a major building project but then all of Tallinn seems to be being dug up at the moment. Don't go in your best shoes!

The room was comfortable and clean, the room service was good and the staff, really helpful and nice. Calm hotel well situated in the city. Great breakfast, with options that vary from day to day. A convenience store is really close by, so it's useful.

The breakfast was from 8 to 10 only, which is not ideal when you're there on business and your days start early. The fact that it is connected to the SadaMarket, which in some places look dilapidated, was a downside. I was not told I had to take the stairs to go to breakfast, and ended up lost on the second floor of the market.

Location was great, next to the ferry terminal and the old town. Wifi was very good. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was good as well. Very nice bonus with a private access to the roof top bar next door where you can get food and drinks with a very nice view.

It does get loud because of all the ferries coming and going, but we were ok with this aspect. The entrance to the actual hotel is a bit hard to find, and the rooms are a bit small for their price, but you pay for the location.

The staff was very sympathetic and we got a room upgrade for free. They were flexible in the check-in and allowed us to do it 1-2 hours earlier. There was space to keep our luggages stored after the check-out. The location is very nice, close to the harbor. Few restaurants and shops nearby. It's also quite close to city center, possible to go by walk or even better by electric scooter (I recommend to try!). The breakfast was very good. The room we got had balcony, it was very large room, very comfortable bed and great shower.

There is a restaurant in front of the hotel that make alot of noise during the night (right under our balcony). So, we had to close the windows to reduce the noise (music and people talking). The ar-conditioning wasn't working very well. Since it's close to the harbor, be aware of the seagull sounds, mainly in the morning.

Very good for one night before early morning ferry - super close to Terminal A. Terminal D requires 15 min in the morning by car. The hotel was good! Very comfy bed, great receptionists, clean. Very close to the Old Town. Might look strange from outside, but all good inside - a bit dark, but OK.

Parking - was written on booking.com that there are no parking. Paid one is in front of entrance doors! So, better to write what app to download and get the parking. Will be more precise and time saving. Thanks.

The room was large and stylish, with nice furniture. The room also had a mini-fridge that was very useful. The location was right next to a market, the ferry terminals and several restaurants. There are also shopping malls nearby. Our room also had a view of the sea.

The entrance to the hotel is quite hidden away, though there is signage so you will find it. Street renovations caused the traffic around the hotel to be a bit of a mess, though the hotel isn't responsible for that. The water pressure in the shower should be a bit higher.

Cleanness and peaceful. No noise or any disturbance. I felt like I was on my own here. Also, was a lovely receptionist.

Absence of kettle, cups, tea or coffee option within the room. Also, it was a nice idea to have a bottle of water on arrival or a water supplement within the hotel. For example, I needed to take my tablet and I needed some warm water for this. I was surprised not to find it, especially for the 4-star hotel. The first time such an experience.

The room was well-maintained and clean.. No one could have foreseen the seagull that sniped my window with guano, and on the second day it would've been nice to not have to see that again - but everything else about the room was fine. Extra bonus points for the TV *not* automatically turning on and blasting welcome messages no one cares about :)

The breakfast was very disappointing. Taking into account that there are currently very few people at the hotel, I don't expect a buffet. But the hotel's attempt at providing breakfast was basically to serve identical platters of random meat/cheese/egg with a few greens on the side, stuff that was prepared so long ahead of time that it was dry and frankly disgusting when served. Sweating cheese, cold cuts that dried at the edges, and toast that was cold and hard. There are much smarter ways to solve this without wasting so much food!

Comfortable beds Working smart TV, it was easy to connect to our Netflix account Location - walking distance to the city center and just perfect if you come or go via boat because it’s right next to the terminal Reception staff - super friendly and helpful, managed to resolve all our small issues and assisted us with an umbrella on a rainy day

I would appreciate a small selection of toiletries such as a shower gel and a shampoo There is no kettle in the room, luckily the staff was able to help me out here so I could still enjoy my routine evening cup of tea

The property was very close to the old town which was perfect! It was also close to the port, so if you do a day trip to Finland it’s very easy. The rooms were clean, nothing special but bed was comfortable, shower was very nice. Definitely recommend
