A hotel with character. In a quiet corner of the old town, far from tourist and cruiseship crowds, built using part of the city old defense tower and walls. As such rooms vary in size and shape. Thick outside walls. Fridge in room. Very good breaksfast, buffet constantly replenished and tables cleaned. Bathroom with very good shower and heated floor. If you watch TV, lots of channels to choose from in many languages. Would definitely return!

While not really a problem for me, maybe the addition of a curtain or glass sheet would prevent flooding after taking a shower (a squeegee is provided)

A recently renovated hotel right in the old town wall. Nice staff, easy checkin. Super buffet breakfast. Wifi ok, all clean. Although in old town, very quiet. Parking is not included but they direct you to reasonably priced public parking nearby, all within 15 min walk. Perfectly central, within the wall. Perfectly cleaned, good price. A very positive remarks to the blonde woman in the breakfast room. Amazingly gentle and smiley. She even knew a few words of Italian and she used to wave at us with a happy “Buongiorno!”. Good breakfast, with some options for vegetarian and gluten free.

LOVE the location! Rooms are really small, but extra cozy and comfy, and breakfast surprised me with a huge variety of food for a pretty small restaurant the hotel has :)

Front desk manager (Aleksandra) was professional and helpful. Breakfast staff were courteous and professional as well. Great assortment at breakfast. Room was perfect size for one person, good lighting, warm enough in mid-November. Nice shower. I felt welcome and appreciated. The location was perfect for me . I walked everywhere.

The hotel is located in the old part of the city, 15 minutes from the city center, from the port and from the train station, the tram stop is 2 minutes away and the nearest supermarket is 5-10 minutes away. The staff is really kind. My room was great, I got a free upgrade, it was clean, well organized and equipped, I didn't miss anything. Housekeeping also worked very well. Wifi was super fast.

The only thing that disappointed me a little was the breakfast. If you are only staying at the hotel for 1 or 2 days, the breakfast is great, the offer is wide, the food is of high quality and is constantly replenished. But it's the same every day, so if you are there for 7 days like me, you would appreciate a change and try some Estonian food. I was mainly missing more types of pastries and something sweet.

Everything. I always travel on a budget and l couldn't believe how lovely this hotel was for the money l paid. It is situated on the quieter side of the old town, but it is still only 10 minutes' walk to anywhere worth getting to. The breakfast was fantastic, with great options and my room was clean, warm and comfortable, with a lovely little ensuite and shower. I visited in early November, which is not the height of the season by any margin, but the value was excellent, regardless.

Very nice hotel with an easy-going youthful and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent location in a peaceful corner of the historical part of the city. Parts of the old city walls visible in the building are very cool. Friendly and helpful staff, always greeting guests with a smile. Good choice for breakfast. Good and stable WiFi. Room not very big, but comfortable and with everything one needs to sleep well.

If the room has windows facing north, to the street outside the city walls (Rannamäe tee), the noise from passing cars makes opening the window at night impossible, and the room can get a bit stuffy in the summer. Rooms facing towards the old town don't have this problem.

Great location. 10 minutes to Terminal A and 15 from Terminal D if you're going to Finland for day trip with the ferry. Staff helped me to book ticket,it's located well in old town all main attraction within 4-10 minutes walking distance. There's restaurants by the road of the hotel & express story with 7 minutes walking distance. I would recommend the hotel for the location . It's clean and room has a good size,it also has a fridge if you buy food.

I didn't like the water. it took too long to hit, and the room was cold. With time, after putting the hitter on the max ,it got a bit warmer, but coming from outside that was freezing, that wasn't nice. There was a funny smell coming from the bathroom by the second night. Wasn't too strong but not pleasant
