Good location (close to the center and also Tallinn Song Festival Grounds/Tallinna Lauluväljak) and the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. If you just need a place to sleep when there's a concert or sporting event in Tallinn, it works OK. Breakfast was basic, but again, for the price it's hard to beat.

There's no air-conditioning and the windows are locked closed, so the rooms can get really hot/uncomfortable in the summer. You can ask for a key to unlock the windows which helps a bit, but you need a strong breeze outside. Also, there's one toilet and one shower per floor, so you may have to wait some time if you need to use either of these (*you can also go to another floor to see if they're free).

The rating I'm giving is heavily improved by the price I paid, it's very cheap for a room that was booked on short notice in a good location and since I needed a few hours of sleep and not some luxury, it offers what you pay for it. The curtain blocked the sun pretty well. That'd be about everything that was above my expectation.

Not sure if Tallinn is a world motorcycle capital or something, but there was a bunch of them since midnight until morning and the walls and window allowed 100% of the sound from the outside. I slept on the lowest floor and you can hear everything, including just people walking. Get good earplugs for this hotel.

Since I already knew it would be a simple and economical hotel, I went expecting to have the bare minimum and nothing luxurious. So, I can't complain, because the service provided is in line with the price paid. There are points that could be improved: there are no power outlets on either side of the bed. There was a lamp on one side, but no power outlet to plug it in; there was no thin blanket for hot days, so I had to use the duvet cover; the shower needs maintenance, because the water doesn't fall in a linear fashion, which could be due to a blockage; the bed is very hard, maybe they could put in a better mattress; the pillow is thin and low and there were no others in the room. They could offer scrambled eggs for breakfast instead of boiled eggs and have more options of sweet cakes.

I recently stayed at Center Hotel in Tallinn and found it to be a great budget-friendly option. I liked the price in relation to the quality. You can sleep. Relax. Take a shower and use the toilet. It is warm. Everything is close. Very central, easy to find, good breakfast. I had the 2 people room for myself. It was quite spacious and had own bathroom.

The walls were very thin, so you could hear neighbors and people in the corridor. Even the elevator. Fortunately I experienced people were conscious and there was minimal noise after 23:00. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but you get used to it. I found tobacco gum in the shower on the first day I arrived.

The hotel is located near the center, about 15 minutes away. Friendly and responsive staff. Fast check-in. The room is clean and warm, comfortable bed, TV, fridge, Wi-fi. The bathroom has everything you need, one large towel for each person. Very good breakfast for the price: cereal with milk, cheese, sausage, bread, oatmeal, jams, vegetables, beans, pastries, fruit, coffee and tea. Everything was replenished and provided.

It was a little annoying that you could hear noises in the hallway.

Windows can't be opened and no AC inside the room. My window looked at the main street, and it was a bit noisy until 1 am Saturday night.
