The room was perfectly clean and more than suitable for one person. For two people, a studio might be difficult. The amenities like the kitchen, washing machine liquid, tea and coffee were greatly appreciated. There is a well-equipped supermarket barely 1 minute walk away and the building is located approximately 15 minutes walk from Tallinn Old Town. However, there are plenty of nearby public transport options.

The bathroom floor is not angled so when you take a shower, the water has a tendency to spill across the entire bathroom floor which is quite frustrating. The sink in the kitchen is also quite small which made washing dishes a little difficult.

The replies via WhatsApp were very fast, almost instantly. I got PIN on time beforehand. There were give aways such as tote bags, stickers. The amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) smelled nice, the sponge for dish washing was new, spacious room

Staying facing the inner court parking lot the lower level (2nd fl) immediately above the recycle garbage bins sleeping with opened window at 2 am someone threw lots of bottles, very shocking. At 6 am someone with noisy bucket sweeping and cleaning the parking lot. Till midnight people were still talking outside. Rooms facing the road might be noisy in summer with trams and busses

The room was clean and had a modern decor. I like the accent brick wall. It was equipped with basic cooking utensils and condiments (salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee). There is also a hairdryer & iron provided. Those coming during summer: There is no aircon in the room as it's on a centralized ventilation system. However, a fan is available from the luggage storage room. I love that an Instax Polaroid camera is provided to use during our stay, and I received a personalised greeting card. Though there were no reception staff physically, the customer service staff were available via WhatsApp and responded quickly. Apart-hotel is accesible via public transport (tram line and bus). There are cafes, restaurants and a supermarket near the building too. The check-in process was fast and simple. Hotel & Room are accesible by codes only (which will be provided on check-in day).

No bidet :( Our room was slightly tight (2 people and 2 medium-sized luggages) and is located on the 1st floor, so we had a view of a carpark.

An excellent place to stay in central Tallinn. A quiet, clean, well-laid out apartment-style room with a kitchenette, small table and chairs and a very comfortable double bed. Was a perfect place to stay for a few days even with the impersonal approach. The collaboration with an excellent local coffee shop for breakfast was a nice touch as well. A few Bob W freebies available in the room as well besides the expected teas and coffees, such as a tote bag and postcards.

Even as a solo traveller, the room felt a little cramped and I struggle to see how two people with a decent amount of luggage could fit comfortably in the room together if they want to spend any time there besides sleeping.

I loved the feeling that I was really welcome and thought of. Everything I'd ever need was at hand: fully equipped kitchen (even with seasoning and oil to cook that most places lack!), luxurious bathroom (also with liquid soap, body wash and shampoo/conditioner, not to mention the floor heating), comfortable bed, functional smart TV, complimentary tea/coffee etc. I also really loved the board and shelves with books, information about the host and the town, free stickers and a tote bag. The polaroid camera and water bottle for the time of the stay exceeded my wildest expectations. Being an introvert, I loved the easy no-contact access as well – and as Bob was nice and active on WhatsApp, I felt like if I did have any questions or problems, everything would be sorted out quickly :)

I was only sorry that I was able to stay for one night – I would have loved to go on and about town, armed with Bob's polaroid camera and water bottle, use the gym, the roof terrace etc.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Bob W Avangard. The room was stylish, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with everything I needed for a perfect stay. Breakfast at the nearby café No was a real highlight — the atmosphere was cozy and unique, the food was delicious, and I loved trying their amazing beetroot latte! The location was quiet yet central, and the whole experience felt smooth and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

- Online reception! Super easy to use, very convenient and informative, always at hand. - The room itself was absolutely gorgeous, the bed was comfortable, welcoming touches (decorations, diffuser sticks in the bathroom, hand-written note etc) throughout the apartment made the place feel like home. - Great location! Bus and tram stops right in front of the building, a quick walk away from the city center, many great restaurants and some stores nearby. - So many amenities! Gym, washroom, storage area - all in the same building. - Despite not having a physical reception, the place felt super safe + communications with the hosting staff were easy and helpful!

Personally, I can't find anything to complain about!

Everything was clean and modern. We loved the coziness of this room. Perfect window isolation, the tram behind our windows was not a problem.

There was a totally flat narrow Italian style shower meaning all the water came everywhere in the bathroom even though there was a curtain. As there were no object to pull the water in the water drain, we had to wait hours ta have bathroom floor dry again. A simple broom with rubber tip would be a solution. Another thing - there was a little coffee machine but no small cups for it and the big ones didn't fit.

The room was efficient - not too spacious, but enough space for everything necessary. I received the code for opening the front doors and the room in time, codes worked fine, so I had no problems entering. The hotel's whatsapp is ready to answer in case any questions arise, so there are no problems about reception working online only (I don't know what happens if someone doesn't have a smartphone with internet access). Bed was fine, bathroom with necessities were also convenient, my window faced a relatively quite courtyard, so not too much noise at night. All fine. Location especially good if you are attending events at Tallinn University (right across the street), but also close to the old town. Food available in vicinity, open until 10-11 pm.

I used up the four teabags which were in the room in the first two days (I stayed for five days) - I guess I could text the reception's whatsapp to ask for more but I'm not sociable, so didn't. If you are okay about texting reception with requests, this shouldn't be a problem. Same about cleaning the room during my stay, changing towels, etc. - I didn't text the reception, so nothing was cleaned (it wasn't a problem for me), but again, if you are fine communicating with reception over whatsapp, that is not a problem.

The host was incredible, kept checking in and provided useful advice. I really enjoyed the studio set up, kitchen and bathroom with all the needed appliances. Very comfy, easy to walk around the location, even walked to the airport. Free gym is a very nice plus and a nice park close by with good jogging routes. :-)

Next time I would opt out of the breakfast option, as it is a voucher to a nearby café, which is cozy, but pricey and impossible to have a full breakfast for the price of the voucher. Also, it said nothing needs to be paid at the location, however, the price difference had to be paid right there.
