The apartment was much nicer and larger than the pictures show. It was exceptional clean and very stylish. Located right across from St. Nicholas church with great views. The kitchen had everything we needed to make small meals as well as many places in the old town to eat out at. Nice grocery store about 3 blocks away and a small convenience store a short walk away. Many historical sites are within walking distance as well as some wonderful shopping. Nice sized apartment for 4 people even though it only has 1 bath. We would definitely stay here again when in Tallinn.

The apartment could use some some new pillows since the current ones are really flat.

Great location! Easy enough to get to by public transport and a bit of walking from the airport. Staff were able to provide me with good directions on which bus to take and where to disembark. Caught Bolt to the ferry terminal (pre-booked via app with pick up point at the information centre 1 minute walk from accommodation approx 8 euro) - wouldn't want to walk this with baggage in the snow. Quiet room, good facilities with tea and coffee and cooking utensils. Easy walk to the supermarket. Great room for 2 kids, 2 adults. Beds comfortable. Bathroom had a funny entry, more difficult for tall people but we didn't mind and really enjoyed our stay. Just be aware you have to lug your cases up a number of stairs so if you have mobility issues it may not work for you. Ice rink directly out front, loads of lovely restaurants close by. Walking tour from the information centre gave us a wonderful understanding of the area. Staff able to offer a slightly earlier check in when we arrived which was much appreciated!

Just be mindful of the stairs and slightly awkward bathroom entry if you're super tall or have mobility issues. Our 6 & 10 year old managed everything independently and hubby and I were able to carry bags up with a little break halfway.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Tallinn's Old Town, making it easy to explore the city's historic attractions on foot. Despite its central location, it’s conveniently accessible by car, which is a big plus for those arriving with a vehicle. The apartment is spacious, providing plenty of room to relax, which can be rare in such a central area. It’s well-equipped with essential appliances like kitchen equipment and a washing machine, making longer stays more comfortable. Communication with the property owner via WhatsApp was easy and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor without an elevator, which can be challenging, especially with luggage or for those with mobility issues. During the summer months, being on the top floor means the apartment can get quite hot if not ventilated properly throughout the day. There’s no dryer available, and clothes take quite a long time to dry naturally, which might be inconvenient for some guests. The apartment lacks a dishwasher, which could make cooking and cleaning up less convenient during longer stays.

Great location in Old Town but also close to the new area, and public transport, although was still very quiet at night. The room was a good size with clothes hanging space and room to store bags out of the way. Handy to have the kitchenette and the dining table was perfect as a workspace. Free washing machine (on a different floor, but that was no problem). Good communication and quick responses from the hosts.

No aircon meant it got quite hot. I opened the windows and turned the fan on, which helped, but I wouldn't have liked to have been there when the temperatures were higher (it was in the early 20s when I was there). The hot water takes several minutes to warm up. A drying rack would have been appreciated. There was no power socket by the bed.

Apartment in perfect location - in the heart of the old town. We had a very comfortable stay. The small kitchen was great for preparing breakfast. The apartment windows were facing parking so it was quiet. I liked the toiletries! Great communication with the property management. They provide the lockers for luggage as well - just 200m away... Overall a great place to stay!

The only thing which could be improved is the fact, that the hot water takes about 5 minutes or longer to arrive when taking a shower. That creates a lot of waste. I would like to have a kitchen towel to dry dishes...

The location was absolutely perfect. Easy access to Vanalinn (all of Old Town), the tourist information office, Balti Jaam train station and interesting areas beyond it, bus connections, and in the other direction the Opera House and super markets. Staff at TCA went beyond my expectations to make sure my room was just right, order taxis, and they responded to text messages quickly. My stay in Tallinn was perfect.

Kitchen had everything we needed, also salt, paper, tea, coffee, toaster, coffee machine and other equipment for comfortably making meals for two people. Bathroom was clean, water was very warm. I appreciated the hair drier. Temperature in the room was ok, there was a nice view from the window. Bed was comfortable. The host was very responsive with giving us the tips on what to do in Tallinn for nye, where to have dinner, how to get from the airport to the accommodation and also where to do groceries on Sunday. 🙏

The door of the shower needs a bit of fixing, otherwise it's fine :)

The apartment was perfect! Location, space, clean and staff was very helpful. Thank you 😊 Easy public transport to both the airport and ferry to Helsinki/Stockholm. It was my wifes first stay in Tallinn, so we very happy to the central location in the old town.

Fantastic location. Convenient key pickup. Laundry room. The closest grocery store is Kolmjalg in old town, which is surprisingly great, did not expect such good choices from a corner shop :)

Slightly tired overall, but nothing bad in particular. Didn't like that the bedroom has no windows (would have just booked a studio apt if that was obvious), but that's really a minor thing.

Excellent host, timely communication. the apartment opens a magnificent view to Tallinn old town and is simply in the heart of the city buzz and easy walking distance from all the main attractions. Highly recommend.

There is no lift in the building so all luggage needs to be carried upstairs but the staircases are rather wide so for us it was no issue at all.
