The location is good, within walking distance from old town and tram and local bus stops. Yet where the hotel is, is peaceful and quiet.

Considering the hot weather during our visit, the air condition unavailable in the hotel was a disappoinent. There was a fan in our room but when we checked in, our room was super hot, in an inconvenient way. The breakfast had very little selection and there was only lemon tasted water there available. It would be wise to have unflavoured natural water in the breakfast. Not everyone like water with additives.

Very nice and cosy place to stay in Tallin. The hotel is near the Old Town, you can reach it within few minutes. Very tasty breakfast. The stuff is helpful, we didn’t have any problems during our stay. The design of the building and restaurant is very interesting - a little bit of both modern and traditional.

Some parts of the room were quite old, especially in the bathroom. I think it could be refreshed in the near future.

Great location for exploring the old town. Staff were fantastic. Took time to chat about Tallinn, Estonia and the wider region which was really interesting. More generally the staff seemed to really care about whether you had what you needed. Very comfortable room. Secure parking. This was important to me as I was touring on my motorbike. Great breakfast too.

Nice staff, nice building/room, clean and really good breakfast. Close enough to old town, If that is where one is heading.

No air conditionin and it was HOT in Tallin. Would nor recommend when summer is full on,as we sweated so much during the night. They had provided us with a fan, but it was nearly +30 celcius so it just moved the hot air around.

The room and bed are comfortable although a bit smaller than expected. Staff is very polite and helpful especially when I needed some extra help and had to visit a hospital. The breakfast is tasty and the variety is just enough to cover different options. Overall recommended.

The wardrobe is small if you a here for a long trip and the luggage board is between two walls and didn't fit my normal size luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Vabaduse Platz, so walking to restaurants is easy as well as picking up public transportation. The hotel has a good breakfast. This is our second time at the hotel and both times the rooms were large, clean, and had big windows that opened. It is also quiet.

Room is really clean and stuff is also super friendly. The location is really close to old town and near by there is a really good Vietnam restaurant

Bathtub is too high so older people had difficulty during shower and also there is no anti-slipper mat

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, and the location was really good for us (right by the old town but easily accessible by car). Breakfast has enough variability.

I was disappointed that although I asked quite long in advance for a room facing the courtyard, and in my understanding it was confirmed, when I arrived we got the room with southern windows to the street anyhow. On sunny mornings it quickly got too hot and bright to sleep. My roommate had arrived earlier and unpacked so I didn't bother to ask to change the room, maybe they would. But compared to other experience where I had many extra requests and all were fulfilled without extra reminders, this was kind of a let down.

Everything! The room was big, the bed nearly 2 metres wide and very comfortable. Bigger pillows wouldn't go amiss, but that's just my large head's personal preference. Great bathroom, too, and a massive window is a plus, for it gives LOTS of light. The hotel offers free secure parking right behind the building. There is plenty of space, I doubt you'll be disappointed. Special thanks to Ms Nadia in the dining area. The happiest, sunniest hotel staff I've ever encountered, somehow able to tend to the needs of a dozen guests at the same time, and all without any apparent rush. Jedi performance.

Nothing to dislike!

The room was on the ground floor with the bay window looking out over the back garden and car park (where we parked for a fee). This bigger room was comfortable and spacious plus quiet. The WIFI was good and let us listen to Radio Caroline, on their internet streaming, from their ship off the Essex coast. This is a great location to explore the old town being just on its edge.

Breakfast was a bit crowded as the hotel had coach tours staying and their loud crowd was busy piling their plates up from the buffet. We could maybe have come down late to avoid this?
