The apartment was lovely and exactly as shown in the photos. It was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Old Town.

While the apartment was tidy when we arrived, it could have been cleaner. It seemed like the cleaning between guests wasn’t very thorough—floors hadn’t been properly washed, and there were small signs of surface-level cleaning only. Also, the mattresses were quite worn out and could use replacing for better comfort.

It was not the apartment we had booked first. Day before we got a message that there is a new location. However, it was even a better apartment, with more rooms and with a top location right at the townhall square. Liked also the easy check-in procedure with the lockbox at the gate. Very comfortable beds. Clean and neat apartment of 3 rooms in a middle of the most beautiful Christmas market in Europe e.g Tallinn townhall square.

All was fine, close to perfect. Just one hint to light sleepers - you might wanna equip yourself with some earplugs for a sound sleep - there is noise on the street when party-goers go home at night.

Location is great, 2mins walk to supermarket, 10 mins and you're in old town.. 2 bed and a sofa bed, 2 toilets, 2nd floor, there's a lift if you've mobility concerns / heavy luggage. Washing machine has a fast wash. It's clean and has the basics. Communication pre visit was great. There's also a fantastic Asian restaurant across the road we'd highly recommend.

There was no clothes air dryer, which was in the description. I messaged to enquire about this but got no response. There were only 2 mugs for hot drinks, yet there were 4 of us, it would be great to have had more mugs as breakfast proved tricky who has their hot drinks first..

Really great location, lovely and quiet. The apartment was super clean and easy to access. The beds were comfortable and the access instructions were super clear.

Some storage in the second bedroom would have been useful (even just a clothes rack and some hangers) and something to set stuff on in the shower cubicle would have been handy. Very minor inconveniences however!!!

It was spacious, great location. Cozy sofa and comfortable beds. Everything for cooking in the kitchen.

Blankets were really thin and small for winter season and tall people. The radiators didn’t work (only worked in one room) so the apartment was bit chilly. Chairs in the kitchen were worn out. The stove worked poorly. There weren’t soap in any of the bathrooms and in the kitchen. TV programm was short for foreigners, just the local televison.

Easy checkin, and checkout. Also good service numbers available to request for anything. Our room did not have blinds but after requesting the adminsitration. It was installed in a fee hours. Apartment also had great facilities and a cool spa tub.

Beds were old and veey soft and the springs cpuld be felt when sleeping. Also the spa tub seemed to leak and it was hard to get the water to drain as it was hard to know where the water from the bathroom floor should go.

Location is easy to access from the Port. Bus 2 from the A terminal (Viking Line) comes nearby and the walk is easy to the apartments. Very clean surroundings and safe to stay with kids. Well written instructions for self check in.

If you need quiet to sleep, do bring yourself earsplugs. The very central location has the upside of being close to many bus and tram lines, but it also means there is a lot of traffic.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to the old city center. It is spacious and facing the backyard, therefore, somewhat limiting the traffic noise. The apartment is nice, well lit, has all the amenities necessary. Check-out is very quick.

Some of the cups and one glass were dirty. I assume cups are of cheap material, therefore, coffee stains stick to them. Regardless, better attention should be paid to how clean they are. Most of the channels on TV were in Russian, which I do not speak. The mattress' are too soft for my liking (not impacting my overall rating), but some people might not like this as you almost drown in the mattress.

Nicely decorated, had a sauna, the kitchen was quite well equipped. The apartment had a dishwasher and a washing machine. A lot of space and a big couch. There was a TV with Netflix, which was great for the kids. Very good for the price.

No major issues. The elevator was very small tho, so I can’t recommend if you have a wheelchair or a big baby carriage. Bathrooms weren’t the cleanest, but alright still.

I was expecting one room with a bed and for the second bed a sofa-bed but instead I got two private rooms, amazing surprise! Also the woman who welcomed us was very sweet and beautiful :) the apartment was super cute and cozy, the location is so close to old town! Very quiet as well, very peaceful.

The beds. I'm sorry but I didn't like the beds. The pillows are NOT comfy and the mattress is very soft..also the trash was full when we got there. The configuration, the furniture could be placed differently to really make that cute apartment a zen place.
