Everything about the apartment was amazing. We traveled with 3 kids. Our youngest is 5 months old and we were so comfortable with giving her a shower in the bathroom as it was that clean. They provided us with an extra baby cot for our baby which was quite handy. The Whatsapp chat response to any questions was quicker than my husband replying to me 😁 it's at a very good distance from the city walls. On a good day with 3 kids and a leisurely stroll it took us 25 mins. The little treats like the tote bag, instax camera for use during our stay really made the kids happy. The kitchenette had everything we needed and was clean and neat. We could go and pick up extra coffee, tea bags, towels from the laundry room on the 4th floor. Overall as mentioned Bob W was definitely an experience of Best Of Both Worlds.

Have stayed in a lot of places but no place comes even close to this gem… It’s cozy, new, beautiful and minimalistic- just what I like. Very roomy and spacious, has high ceiling and tall windows. Bed was super comfy 10 out of 10. On both sides of the bed, just above the bedside table, there were built-in USB-C and USB-A outlets, so no need for adapters for phones or devices. The bathroom was spotless, shower had conditioner, body wash and shampoo, there was also a hairdryer. The kitchen had everything I needed, from pots and pans to a toaster, kettle, utensils, and even seasonings and cooking oil. They even provided a fresh bag of ground coffee labeled ‘Freshly Roasted for BOB W.’ Now, for my favorite part: there was an Instax-style polaroid camera with a 10-pic cassette (got some amazing shots!), stickers, postcards, and a reusable bag for guests. They also had a travel adapter and yoga mats. Under the TV, there was a console loaded with old-school games! In the building, there were also two washing machines and dryers for guest use, along with an iron. Overall this places is amazing, highly recommend!

The apartment was really beautiful, full of natural light and tastefully furnished. The bed was comfy and despite central location next to big street Liivalia it was really quiet in the apartment. There were little details we especially loved - fresh coffee, handmade ceramic coffee mugs, yoga mats and a Polaroid camera to capture special moments. The online check in, communication and info area online was also quite fast and convenient. The breakfast in Râvala Reval and complimentary My fitness Rävala access were also both really great.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Tallinn! The location was perfect—right in the city center, just a 20 minutes walk to the Old Town, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was super clean, modern and beautiful and had everything we needed, from fast WiFi to a comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home! Bob, the host, was fantastic—really friendly and always quick to help with anything I needed very efficiently replies and assists. The building was quiet and very secure. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tallinn!

Very nice and spacious apartment in a perfect location. Online support via WhatsApp very helpful. Willingness to help and accommodate requests, including changing rooms. We will look for this accommodation again if we plan our next trip to Tallinn. Tasty breakfast, but reserve your time...Be careful, if you order breakfast, you will only get a certain amount of credit, which can be used to partially pay for breakfast at related (two) establishments of other entities.

The local staff didn't always do what they were supposed to do and how they were supposed to, well, it happens. The beds were very soft and the pillows were very uncomfortable, but that's more of a subjective feeling :)

Pros: Amazing location, slightly out of the old centre centre so guaranteed a good nights sleep as away from the loudest part of town - whilst also being able to access different areas of tallinn very easily with car/bus/walk. Very spacious rooms and lovely decor, modern style interior. Kitchen amenities are provided, as well as being able to obtain extra bath / kitchen towels as well as toilet paper from the available laundry room! Lovely bistro area, the building is overall great + a locker room to store luggage after checking out in case of a later flight in the day. Room was larger than in photos, pleasant surprise! Felt very welcomed and overall the customer service was very quick in case we needed any help. Access to irons and ironing boards which is very useful whilst on holiday.

Cons: Entire bathroom does get wet after showers, possibly keeping a mop in the laundry room to access may be helpful with this.

The experience far exceeded our expectations. The apartments are brand new (the building was completed in 2023, if I understood correctly), with impressive attention to detail and delightful surprises throughout (like an eco-friendly shopping bag as a gift, an Instax camera with a few shots, a handwritten welcome note, a retro gaming console, flask for potable water, US/UK plug adapter (not that I needed one) and more). The apartment itself was state-of-the-art, featuring stunning lighting with customizable combinations in every room, motion sensors, and separate AC controls with screens for both rooms—truly inspiring for my own home. Huge balcony, comfy bad, dishwasher. All necessary kitchen equipment was provided. Breakfast was offered at one of two cafés of our choice, with a €12 budget per person (both cafés were excellent). Guests also had free access to a nearby gym. All three doors could be unlocked with a code, and even after checkout, the master code continued to work, allowing us to store our luggage for half a day. The location isn’t exactly in the historical center but is within a 10-15 minute walk. The nearest supermarket (Rimi Mini, which is surprisingly large despite its name) is just 5-7 minutes away.

Great location, everything was new and clean and very comfy. Kitchen had all essentials, even salt and pepper. The bed was soft and ensured a good night sleep.

This place should get 10 out of 5 stars!! Absolutely spot-on perfect experience. New, unworn and with everything you need for a home-like accommodation. One item to specifically mention, not many places in Tallinn offer an owen and a dishwasher - Bob W. had them both in this spacious and perfectly built apartment. What else can I say than that place like this simply makes me smile and wanting more. So much more that I actually had difficulties to 'leave home' - even to go for shopping groceries.

The nearest shops being some 600m away by walking from this establishment - the area should get some Mini-Mart closer to them. At times, entering the apartment, having to type in the PIN code to three different places made me somewhat irritated.

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. There were some nice additional things provided, such as coffee, some candies, reusable shopping bag etc. The check-in was easy. Overall, I think that it was a great value for money, the facilities were very nice and there was a lot of space, we also had a balcony. Regarding staff, we only talked to a lady cleaning our room, but she seemed very nice.

The check-in was very delayed. We were supposed to check-in after 3pm, but got a message that it was delayed until 4pm. We walked around the building until around 4pm and tried again, but had to wait in the hallway for a while. So we checked-in a lot later, but the check-out time stayed the same. It's a not a huge issue, but something to be prepared for. If your check-in is very delayed, there is not much to do, because there is mainly construction going around at the moment.
